The leather item was impressive, albeit a bit pricey. Unfortunately, the stitching came apart in less than two weeks. While I received a refund without any hassle, I did feel that the cost of return shipping should have been covered due to the defect.

Well worth the wait for an excellent useful mans bag.

Leather and seemed well made

The bag came with different zips (lower quality ones than advertised in the photos), which was really disappointing. However, after reaching out to their customer service, Abi kindly resolved the issue for me and I am now satisfied with my experience. The bag is still great and everything was packaged excellently.

Nice leather product , not cheap, but stitching worked loose within 10 days. Money refunded easily enough but thought that return postage should have been waived since the product was faulty.

My bag was delivered in good time with a delivery company that allows pick ups from a local shop, which made life easy. The bag (hitchhikers guide to the galaxy) is well made with plenty of room and is a lovely rich brown exactly as the photo suggests. I can now walk into hotels like I belong instead of being embarrassed with a sports bag.
