I have not signed up for this and you have taken 18pound from my account i want this back asap are i will contact my bank

This bunch made an unauthorized charge to my credit card. I had never heard of them until I got the fraudulent charge.
It's a scam.
Stay away.

Signed up for a free trial they then charged me £18.37! Hard to get a hold of any one and the transaction is now not showing up on my bank account after being pending for 4 days!! Definitely a scam don’t even bother signing up

TOTAL SCAM, the website doesn't even exist! Get your bank to charge back the money & credit your account/card.

I'm not sure if it's the same company I just had a run in with both the full information listed beside the payment from my account I never requested was " freefooddelivery.com XW 1" I had a charge go out of my bank account and I didn't do it deliveroo diverted me to the page online saying that I would get £15 cash back and free delivery if I joined today and I never entered into the contract with them but still a payment left my account. I didn't see it mention that you would have to pay to join to get the cash back but I didn't stay on the page, I went back to deliveroo. I only had £25 In my account and I was just about to purchase meat for a bbq for my birthday on deliveroo for £19.95 so now I don't have any meat for my bbq. I phoned my bank but they said I would have to call the company myself and request a refund even though I called my bank within the hour, surprisingly the phone number doesn't work and the page you get diverted to for an online chat doesn't work either.
Now I'm sat in my garden angry as hell, no money for meat to cook at the bbq, my closest friends coming to my place tomorrow to celebrate my birthday with me and expecting a bbq. Plus I feel like it's cast a huge shadow over my birthday. oh yeah all even better no cake 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
This company disgusts me and should be stopped. I apologize if w have the wrong company but from reading everyones comments I think it is the same one.
I'm trying so hard to calm down before I phone the bank again and tell them none of the information for the company is real! But I really hate it when they sit on the other end of the phone telling you how much they understand and to calm down. aaagh! I have bad mental health and the worst thing to do is tell me to calm down and you understand over and over and over again.

This is a scam. I never signed up yet they stole hundreds of dollars from me from my cc.

Thought i was getting £15 cash back but got a fee of £17.89 TWICE. Its not letting me cancel, have got no reply or assistance and it is making me feel like its 100% a scam.

If I could have given zero stars I would,luckily my bank blocked the payment but I have had to change all my details and bank have warned me they often try differnt company names to tske money.Do not go near this company !

This is a scam company. Thankfully contacted by Tesco Bank fraud to stop payments. Had to be issued with new cards.Do not attempt to contact them report as fraud to your bank.

I would put zero stars but that isis not an option. I was charged 18 for a "trial" I contacted them moments after sign up once I saw I was being charged, it said I had 5 days to cancel before being charged, that was a lie. The first person I spoke with said the charge would be reversed and cancelled my "membership". Still no refund, I contacted again today and the guy said the are unable to issue a refund. Very unprofessional, very rude. I would NEVER recommend this service, terrible customer service.

They signed me up for services I did not request. It is very difficult to cancel.

Absolute garbage scammmmmmm. They ask for your info to "send" a rebate for shipping on a package and instead the dirt bags take $25. Do not use this it's a scam

Was charged $25.00 apparently from an another site where I ordered a product. Having trouble contacting them to cancel. Gone to bank to file a complaint. Be very careful when you order online.

Cannot get logged in to cancel and forgot password will not send email to reset.
