I have just renewed my policy again. I dealt with Maya, who kindly rang me back after trouble with my payment. A great price was quoted; actually, my premium went down this year. Thank you.

We may have spoken too soon. Being threatened with cancellation yet I have done nothing wrong all because of no claims discount. I have submitted part of no claims but still waiting on previous providers for the remaining two years. Have kept them informed and got an urgent message left to contact them even though I can’t take calls at work which they know. It seems one departures not know what the other is doing. Disappointed.
