The delivery service was terrible. It took far too long to prepare my order, and the product was nothing like what I expected. Honestly, it gave me a headache. For the price I paid, this is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the money.

terrible flower… not what I ordered.. no lab results in the package… packaging was not sealed……flowers extremely dry. I asked for a full refund and a return label by text message, phone call and email with no response …would not buy from Fresh Bros..

Great product, and the free items were very nice. Shipping was a lot faster than previous months.

The bud got weird fast little seed tase weird..looks ok I only grabbed the discount bud..I was the guy saying better than local plug saying all the good stuff.. vthis bud got weird after a couple days

Ordered in June haven't recieve or heard anything back from them. It's a scam. We definitely need to get this business shut down before they keep taking people's hard earned money for products that they know they will never ship nor had any plans on sending the products.

I have definitely had great experiences getting all of my thca flower from fresh bros. Very high quality herb & definitely one of the most trusted sources on the world wide web. I live 3 blocks from a dispensary but can't beat the convenience of online shopping.

I ordered mine on July 30th with the 3-5 day shipping but my order has yet to be fulfilled. I have several severe health issues and this is my medicine. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone but have yet to actually talk to a person. I really need to find out what is going on and if I need to be refunded or have my bank fight the charges if it’s not delivered soon. I can find my medicine somewhere else if you can’t stick to what your website says. I feel like this is false advertising since I’m not the only one dealing with this issue.

I purchased a product from this company on july25th. Says it will be delivered in 3 to 5 days. Well it's now been 9 days. I emailed and the response was a prefab BS about how behind and that it will be sent shortly. I asked for a real time update and they said early next week. It still says lable created but it also says delivery unknown. I read the reviews here and I see that it seems to be a reoccurring issue. If I have to spend more just to prove a point I will. I also read when they are asked for a refund they just do not contact the customer about it. I will never use this company again and I also will make sure that I make sure everyone knows what terrible business conducted. I won't say scam or thieves just yet but it's leaning in that direction. I suffer from chronic pain and PTSD ADHD and other things. I will be going for a real med card soon. Especially since you can't trust this type of business

Purchased On Jul 6 it said That one to five days shipping Five days later the label had created but it's still not shipped i communicate with them, finally got a email Stating They were behind an apology, said monday,, my order wasn't shipped out Order still had not been shipped by Tuesday and now I've got no communication I asked for a refund or my product no one is talking this is sad I get this for my wife who suffers from Chiari malformation and this causes pot and Eds This is wrong I hope this post makes enough stories yesterday was there process to the Deliver the product in the meantime unless they do something right I am out a little over $200 and the only come in my house is not the financially conveniencethank thank you so much Fresh Bros for the burden. Js I would like to add I did finally receive the shipment and the quality was excellent that this company could bring their communication skills up to par with the quality of the product they would really have something going because I have read many complaints throughout many different platforms about this so it seems to be an area that y'all need to work on I do appreciate the apologies and the communication afterwards that's how we do business I will definitely buy again from this company

If you’re wondering if this company is a scam site. It absolutely is, I’ve contacted them 3 times over a course of almost two weeks with only one response at the start once realizing something is up. They told me it’d ship Monday it is now Tuesday with no response.

These people hold no shame in stealing your money, look at all the other reviews. I wish I would’ve came to trust pilot sooner. I wanted to try this company after seeing advertisements but it looks like they’re just looking to steal as much money as possible until November when the hemp ban happens from the 2018 farm bill. I have received no response, it’s been going on 2 weeks since I had my label created, they lie about everything on their site, their refund policy, their shipping times, etc.

I made a small purchase just to see if they were legit. I received a tracking number for the order that USPS says is invalid or fake. They are not responding to my emails not my calls. You be the judge if you're willing to go through what I'm experiencing right now.

My order was placed on May 6th, I got the tracking number on the 7th, I waited an entire week (I paid for shipping too) and they never even shipped it. USPS said "Label created, USPS awaiting item". I emailed them twice, and received no response. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and got my refund. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY! These people should be shut down.

Shipping label was created May 5th. It is now May 13th and USPS has STILL not received my package. I tried to email their customer support and was met with CRICKETS. No matter if I receive the package or HOPEFULLY get a refund I will never order from this company again.

First time ordering there products and I’m very disappointed in this company but yet they hold a 5 star rating at the bbb but they should be the worst rated there as well as here but the thing is I ordered my product and shipping label is created but no movement what so ever it’s been six days since I ordered and they have had plenty of time to ship the product out as well the time line was in due process of the Gide lines as posted on said companies website but yet they do not hold up there end of there bargain of there so called 5 star company you all should just change your name to late bros not fresh bros because time I get my product it will be so dry then a welfare puss😂😂😂😂

Shipping 7 days after a label was created, not 3-5 as advertised. No way to contact this company, no response to emails or messages. Advertised price does not match up.

Been 7 business days, label was created but nothing has arrived at the post office. Contacted customer service yesterday they said it would ship out today still hasn’t shipped so if you want THCA shop somewhere else wish I would have read the reviews beforehand will be making a chargeback on my credit card as they say they will only give store credit if you didn’t send my $1000 order the first time then why the hell would you think I would want store credit I want my damn money back. Scam, order at your own risk

Been 10 days of shipping label created and nothing past that. Emailed them multiple times and they keep making excuses and even lied and said it had shipped. Which was not true. Stay away.
