My experience with Fresh N was really convenient and satisfying. The meals were fresh, healthy, and flavorful, making it easy to stick to a balanced diet. Delivery was timely, and everything arrived perfectly packaged.
Meals never arrived the second week.FedEx site said it was delayed for weeks after the arrival date. Their packaging was so bad that the box probably fell apart in transit. Contacted customer service repeatedly for a refund, but never got a response. They do not have phone number to call when email doesn’t work. Cancelled their service after three weeks. Food wasn’t great, either. It all had a similar taste and they added carrots to everything.
I have been unable to log on to my account and skip my meals as we are traveling. I have sent three emails since 7/24/24 with no reply. Can you please assist?
Appears to be down since July 12th. Only one article from CNET indicates the business may be closed now.
Cardboard strips were in one of my meals.
I have emailed customer service 5 times in the past 3 weeks and they are completely non-responsive.
My meals were processed and my card was charged but they never showed up and I was not able to get in touch through email, their message portal on their site, or their customer service phone number.
When website would not allow my skipping delivery for July 13, representative followed-up quickly with solution which satisfied both me and freshnlean.
This company went out of business suddenly without any notice. I'm having to do a charge back to get my last bill refunded
My July 13, 2024 order was never delivered. The order normally shows delivery activity but this time nothing. I sent the company a message via a chat from my account yet no response back as of July 19, 2024. My checking account was debited $134.00 around July 3, 2024.
At this point, I’m feeling doubtful that I’ll receive my order or at least get my money back.
I am very disappointed with Fresh N Lean, the food was very tasty. Now, I’ll be very skeptical about ordering items online from non established companies.
Buyers beware, do not place any future orders with this company.
This is my first time ordering on this site and so far its been horrible. There's absolutely no customer service, people don't return phone calls and if you decide to wait on the phone suddenly the line disconnect. I just want to know why I haven't received my food that I ordered on 7/03/24. This is beyond ridiculous. Either answer my questions or give me my money back

This is the most frustrating company I have worked with. Two of my last three orders have been severely delayed; the first arrived spoiled, and the most recent still hasn’t shipped (5 days after it was supposed to arrive). I have tried to contact someone at the company in every way listed on their website. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. I just want a refund for the order that still isn’t here, and to cancel my account. I DO NOT recommend this company, unless you want to pull your hair out trying to recoup your money.
Fresh n' Lean is a great concept with two major flaws:
1. Their customer service is almost non-existent. It's like they pick and choose who they will reply to and when. There is no phone number you can call, you have to send them an email, to which you'll get an automated email back confirming they've received your message, then absolutely nothing. What's worse is that you'll see their customer support REPLYING to reviews posted on sites like this, AFTER you reached out to them and still haven’t heard back.
2. Delivery Dates: you can ONLY get your meals delivered on Friday (or guaranteed Saturday at the latest). My last five or so orders have literally been delivered Saturday evening around 7:00pm. Like a lot of people, I work during the week and am usually out spending time with family and friends on the weekends. But then I'll get an email saying my order has been delivered and god forbid I won't be home until the next day…then the food is ruined. It's insane that they can't deliver any time between Sunday and Thursday. Just have the "chefs" prepare the meals on different days.
Freshnlean is the WORST company. They consistently send their deliveries ground and they do not arrive on time, spend 5 days in transit and then the food is spoiled. The will not answer their phone, return calls or emails and there is no one on their "live" chat. The one order I did receive on time out of three weeks of orders had half the meals wrong which I did not choose. I have also read online that their food is frozen and arrives "fresh" because its defrosted by the time it gets to you. Its been 6 days and I have yet to be able to get in touch with them for a refund of the entire meal's worth of food that was spoiled and therefore inedible. be smart. STAY AWAY!
Food is GREAT! I have tried 2 other meal services and Fresh n Lean has the best quality food, by far.
Most weeks, the meals I chose have at least 1 wrong meal included and 1 missing. My most recent box, came 3 days late and was delivered hot. I always have such a hard time getting in touch with customer service and still have yet to have the issue with the most recent box, be address or refunded. When I am able to reach CS, Jenny E is always helpful. It is just annoying how hard they make it to actually get a hold of an actual person.
Did research on different sites about the best meal delivery companies. Fresh and Lean had a very high rating on all different platforms and websites. I ordered a week of food and a week later still have not received it. Delivery company says it was delivered but they have no proof of where it was delivered. Eventually found a number to call for help and on the phone so far over an hour. I don't even know how the food tastes. Until they make some drastic changes, I believe they're losing a lot of customers. Because I'm gone. This is a highly competitive platform and I'd rather spend my hard earned money on great services and products.
Update: delivery company stated my package was delivered but according to their website it says "undeliverable " contact the seller. I sat for 2 hours waiting for someone, anyone to answer at Fresh and Lean. Stay far away as possible. If I don't get a response and total refund I'm going to have to contact my bank.

It's the worst meal prep company I have ever used. The package came all smashed and the meals were the same quality you'd get from a run-down restaurant in the middle of nowhere. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
Two times now I received my order with meals that I ordered missing and receiving different meals instead. First time, six out of seven meals were wrong/ missing, this time, two out of seven were wrong. In addition, several of the meals I received were not properly cooled, but at room temperature when they arrived.
Customer service was helpful, but I would rather have received my orders in good order - unreliable meal delivery service.
It pains me to give Fresh n' Lean a 1-star review because their meals are fantastic.
The reason for the 1-star review is because of the delivery company they use, OnTrac. The worst delivery company to ever exist. If you search multiple review sites, OnTrac consistently has 1-star reviews. They are that bad. After multiple delivery issues, my patience has run out and I've had to cancel my meal subscription with Fresh n' Lean.
I will gladly resume my subscription with Fresh n' Lean as soon as they use a more reputable delivery company.
I have been a Fresh N Lean customer for 6 months. In the beginning it was good, but the service quality has declined so much over time. In the past two weeks, I have received many wrong orders, and instead of providing excellent customer service. I've had to wait a long time to get a response and it is so unsatisfactory. I am going to cancel.
