My meals did not ship.
You charged my account but did not ship my meals. That really sucks since I am on a budget and did this so I would not have to buy additional food to eat.

user in 2017or 18 but currently 4/24 giving them a shot again

I used fresh n lean maybe 5 or 6 years ago and it was the healthiest point in my life. I lost a lot of weight doing the Paleo meal plan after like a year or more I kind of got a bit bored of the meals and then tried to do it again after taking a break but the meals hadn’t changed so I stopped using them. After years of doing Keto on my own I wanted to go back to Paleo and headed to fresh n lean again and Im so glad I did. I’m only the first week in but every meal I have had has been on par. They really know how to keep everything vacuum sealed nicely, years ago many meals were not vacuumed as well as they are now. Plus the vegetables are hearty vegatables in comparison so I’m thrilled with the changes I have seen so far!

- Fresh N Lean has many good choices and expands the list frequently.
- there have been some minor problems but they have worked hard to correct them.
- delivery has been consistently good.

I love getting the Fresh meals

I love getting the Fresh meals.
I don't have to worry much about buying ingredients to make one dish and having to use the same things over and over again before they go bad. So I get more variety in my daily diet.

This is the second consecutive week my…

This is the second consecutive week my meals arrived four days late. To say I'm frustrated is understated.
Never had these problems before.
Additionally, if I might add- the quality of food is distinctly different now compared to when I first started my subscription.

High quality food & service

Almost 3 months on the plan and, we are impressed with the food quality as well as the high packaging standards. No delays. Sometimes you may not get what you exactly picked:) but the customer service is very responsive and helpful. Overall highly recommended!

Hreat overall and I get the meals I selected and on time. However if go out of town and try to cancel fir that time, I het a notice saying meals are on there way and I'm charged for it. Need an easier way to cancel meals.

Couldn’t get ahold of a customer…

Couldn’t get ahold of a customer service person so I left a message and have not heard back since. Problems are normally resolved but it just takes way longer than most companies. I just wish the response time was faster, for calls and emails.
