Highly Recommend

I am so very happy I found Fresh N Lean.
They offer a wide variety of choices divided into specific dietary categories to make it easier to adhere to a diet you are on or choose what you would like independently from all. The taste, flavor and quality is always consistently amazing. I highly recommend!

When I tried to change the phone number…

When I tried to change the phone number on a newly renewed subscription a new subscription was created instead. The order I thought was abandoned, with the incorrect phone # was processed as well as the new subscription. I was given a 30% credit, but now I have 15 meals coming and no way to keep them as I live in an RV and do not have a freezer. Was hoping to stop one of them from shipping but not allowed.
I probably will not be ordering any more.

Credit card first, meals later?

I'm a new customer. The process flow for sign-up and meal selection is not intuitive. Customers should have more options for delivery dates/times or pick-up. Wait for chat support was a bit long but your rep was polite and helpful. We'll see if I stay with your service long-term.

Due to the nature of how we prepare the meals fresh, we are unable to offer different delivery dates/times at this time although it might be something we can work towards in the future. Overpriced and worst meal service of them all

I've tried pretty much every meal kit/meal delivery service there is and this is by far the worst(and most expensive). The portions are pathetic. Even the veggies there's only like 3 bites, if you can even eat that many because they're cooked to mush and usually unrecognizable. I usually have to read the ingredients list to try to figure what I'm looking at. The food is also extremely bland.

The packages can't really be stacked in the fridge. They start to fall over and you can't tell what you have without pulling them all out and sorting through them. They are nearly impossible to open and are impossible to open without getting oil/water/food all over your hands. I wanted to take these to work but I can't since I need a knife to open them. I think I would be too embarrassed to open them in front of anyone anyway.

The only thing that's decent is the breakfasts but at like $10 a meal they're absolutely not worth it. Almost $50 a week for scrambled eggs and hashbrowns?!?! Gimme a break.

Never again with this company. I'm going back to Factor.

Tasty and healthy

Some meals were ordered for me as a gift. It definitely beats buying the ingredients and cooking at home. I found the meals to be tasty and healthy, so overall it was a great experience.

Excellent Support

Having a patient and understanding person to speak with to get answers to my questions. Matthew does an excellent job. He explains the information until I am satisfied. I have spoken with him on 3 different occasions and really appreciate how thorough he is in providing information for me.

The Food Is Terrible!

First and most important is the food is totally tasteless. We have tried a few meal delivery services or the past few years and Fresh N Lean is by far the worst. Second is the packaging is very difficult to deal without burning yourself when opening it after cooking.

And the most important... I canceled my subscription on the morning the next menu was released on March 12th. I received a cancelation email on the same day. Today, March 20th I received an email stating my order has shipped. This is 8 days after canceling. When this order arrives tomorrow, it is going directly into the trash. I immediately contacted my CC company to dispute the charge and provided them a copy of the cancelation email.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Canceled and they proceeded to fill the order anyway and send out regardless. They did process the cancellation for future orders without an issue (at least I believe so). I attempted to cancel my first order because I reviewed the ingredients deeper. Selling meals with heavy cream and calling the business Fresh N' Lean is ridiculous. While these meals are better than eating at McDonalds, they are not anywhere near "lean" (given the oils and creams included) and good personal trainers wouldn't recommend these if the goal is primarily to lose weight.

There may have been some confusion with the cancellation, our timeline is very fast in needing to process the selected meals to allot enough time for us to cook the meals fresh for delivery that week and I'm very sorry to hear you got caught in that. Our team always tried to help to the best of our abilities to stop any deliveries we might be able to catch. As with healthy eating, we like to ensure we include all forms of healthy fats in moderation to assist with satiating some meals, although I understand some diets are more restrictive and may not use them due to fat content. The good news is we have options for diets that are dairy-free and with our preference-based options, this helps to filter through meals that might not be for you. Our goal is not specified toward losing weight but to offer a healthier option with convenience. I hope this information helps. Always something - cardboard in the meal this time

Terrible. Multiple times I’ve had cracks in my meals that make the packages bloat and go bad before eating them. I usually have to throw out maybe 1 meal every/every other order. I figured it wasn’t that big of a deal, because I still enjoyed the products that I got. Until today. I received my newest shipment and there is cardboard in the vegetables of the breakfast I ordered. Literally cardboard. 3 pieces. Two of the pieces even still have a blue logo on them. Haha I’m done with this food service. No thanks
