Extremely helpful, caring staff who helped me through the process. Could not fault the Fresh Start team at all they went over and above for me as I can struggle with forms etc and they simplified the process for me.

Life Savers
I have been with Fresh Start for a while now and without them I honestly believe I would have lost my home but instead this Company has given me peace of mind by liaising with my creditors and coming to agreements of amounts to repay that I can afford and therefore taking all the stress off me. If I receive correspondence from my creditors that I don't fully understand I send Fresh Start a copy and they will sort it. They have given me back my life and taught me to live within my means.

Effective creditor management
The company manage my Creditors and ensure they do not continuously contact me for updates on my finances. A review once a year allows me to get on with maintaining my expenditure, and look to reduce my liabilities.
However, I intend to clear some of my debts in due course and manage them myself to ensure they are cleared at a higher rate of payment as they do take 25% of my monthly payment.
I am grateful for their involvement.

In my dealing with this company, I have had a great relationship with them. They go to great lengths to listen to what I have to say regarding my financial problems and they do it with respect. They do not pressure you to take a path that doesn't suit your requirements. They are always available to talk to on the phone and would respond to emails in a timely manner.

Fresh start......good or bad....…
For me personally it was important to fill in my annual review on paper !!....not computer savvy....dont even own a PC
...my debt was horrendous because of bad decisions earlier in my life....anyway im almost debt free now and my credit and whole life has improved substantially.....the staff are so friendly and compassionate when ive needed to ring them ....all in all a very positive experience....thank you Fresh Start for saving me.....highly recommended 5*****
