Visiting the beautiful Freya Rose store in Southsea was a genuinely enjoyable experience. I was greeted by friendly staff who showed me an array of stunning jewellery and I walked away with a gorgeous pair of earrings for my auntie. I would highly recommend.

Beautifully crafted items and great customer service

I LOVE this brand. Beautifully designed pieces, I can’t get enough! I first ordered when Princess Kate was pictured wearing the beautiful pearl cluster gold hoops, I love them! I’ve since also purchased boots & a Libra pendant necklace. All beautiful and always attract compliments. Service was also 5 star!

I recently purchased the Weave Curled Hoops. The curved design is elegant and unique, and I get so many compliments whenever I wear them. They’re lightweight, comfortable, and go perfectly with any outfit—day or night. The showroom is such a beautiful space where you can truly see the level of beauty and creativity in each product. Staff are also super friendly and knowledgeable.

I purchased the moon necklace as a gift for my cousin’s special birthday as she had previously purchased her wedding shoes from Freya Rose. The team were really helpful (a special mention to Ruby) as I was unsure whether her shoes were inlayed, with gold or silver. They were able to look it up and ensure I bought the right one! Thank you SO much!

From the point of order to receiving item it was flawless - the necklace arrived beautifully gift wrapped and I’m very pleased

Placed the order and waited 3 months for delivery, what turned up wasn't a good quality pair of £700 shoes but to Freya's credit she personally reached out to help, it shouldn't of taken that and I just hope they address this. However to be balanced and fair they don't manufacture the shoes so cant control that aspect. This is why I changed from a 1 to 3 star review.

Thank you Freya Rose for my beautiful Zahra Verde heels! I purchased them for a special birthday celebration and received so many compliments, the detailing on the heel is stunning and they we extremely comfy to wear all night. Fantastic communication with the team, highly recommend!

The best service and quality and so stunning

I tried purchasing Freya Rose “Rose in Bloom” heels and was severely disappointed. They emailed me to show me some serious damage on heels and only offered me an additional 5% off. These are $1200 shoes. In this case for my wedding. They need to be perfect. They continue to have them up on their website and had absolutely awful customer service. They’d only email me within a 3-4 hour window every day and were very short/unclear/unhelpful.

As a response to their response -

The exact times I received emails were
9:21am EST (2:21 PM BST)
10:28am EST (3:28 PM BST)
11:03am EST (4:03 PM BST)
11:09am EST (4:09 PM BST)
8:25am EST (1:25 PM BST)
So by definition I was only responded to within a short 3-4 hour window.

Secondly, if you had looked at my order you would have seen I had a 10% discount for my first order. Offering me a 15% discount would mean I get an additional 5% off, unless you would clarify you meant an /additional 15%/ off. I tried clarifying a specific value off the shoes twice, to which you continued to simply respond 15% which made me feel like you were not offering an /additional 15%/ off.

I also specifically stated the shoes were for my wedding which is a once in a lifetime, extremely important event for me. The shoes the team recommended were nothing like the ones I originally wanted to purchase - and looking into it myself I saw there was a style exactly like the ones I wanted just without the rose. I also gave specific measurements to my feet to see if another size might work and there was no comment or acknowledgement of that whatsoever.

The communication and service was severely lacking overall and I will reiterate - I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WIYH FREYA ROSE. Unless you’re fine with poor communication and customer service for $1200 shoes. I sincerely hope that if you order the shoes of your dreams you’re not sorely disappointed like me.

Bought a pair of heels for my sisters wedding called Bianca and wasn’t sure on sizing and the customer service assistant helped me with sizing and was super responsive. The pearl heels were even better in person and such high quality, I will definitely will be wearing these far beyond her wedding 🤩🔥

Been trying to get through to this company to book an appointment for weeks. No response via email or phone. Shoes look beautiful but not worth the risk of anything goes wrong as you can't get through to anyone!

I have now bought two pairs of shoes for my wedding at Freya Rose. One for the ceremony and one for the reception. I can't get over the quality of the shoes, I'm completely in love with the design as well. The British design combined with the Spanish know-how on shoe making make these shoes complete art pieces.
I also bought a baroque pearl drop earrings set and I don't stop getting compliments on them.
Delivered on time.

I was really disappointed in the service. I ordered a pair of shoes which came quickly however were too small. I returned them a month ago requesting a larger size and still hadn't received them. I downloaded the Shop app which was supposed to show the progress of my order however it doesn’t give any information other than the order details. I tried phoning several times but no one ever answers the phone and so I emailed but have not received a response. Having spent £400 on a pair of shoes I was disappointed in the communication.

Update - shoes have finally arrived and are beautiful. Thank you Lucy for your assistance.

Freya Rose were brilliant to shop with. I first ordered four pairs to try for size and fit, they were all exceptionally beautiful and so well made, not to mention extremely comfortable. These all got sent back as it turned out I needed a different size, but returns were easy and my final pair that I will be wearing for my wedding arrived in no time at all. They’re just stunning and I can’t wait to wear them for my wedding. Thanks Freya Rose for the dreamiest wedding shoes ever :) C x

I ordered my shoes online and had the most pleasant experience. I needed to exchange for a larger size, and Freya Rose was responsive and nice, making the process really easy. Now that I have the right size, I can say I am truly obsessed with the Martina Midi heel!

They are the perfect height, comfortable and glamorous.

After reading the great reviews, I ordered shoes for my wedding but they were never delivered. I’ve since reached out to the customer service team on several occasions to sort out the issue, and they’ve ignored all of my emails. I’ve yet to receive any response from them, and now need to sort out a new pair of shoes to work with my dress just weeks before my wedding.

I cannot explain how beautiful my Hakuro earrings are and just how perfect they were for my wedding day! The delicate yet statement design are truly beautiful, and I think I actually said ‘wow’ aloud when I opened the box! So many comments on the day!

Service from the team was second to none, and they truly cared about my custom. I’ve already recommended Freya Rose to many friends and brides to be I know, and I’m sure it’s not my last purchase! Xx
