Freya Rose Avis 

Had a wonderful experience ordering from Freya Rose. Delivery was fast, and the packaging was exquisite- you can tell a lot of care goes into each order, and the handwritten thank you card was such a lovely touch.
The shoes themselves are absolutely stunning, and very high quality. The leather is the most beautiful off white shimmery colour, and the famous mother of pearl heels are beautifully made and durable. Much better quality than a lot of other designer/ luxury brands. Definitely considering another purchase from their couture range!

I'm not normally one to obsess over shoes... but my Lord THESE SHOES. They are the shoes wedding dreams are made of!

Backstory: With less than 2 weeks to go until my first wedding dress fitting I'd still not found sandals I was happy with - everything else around was too blingy / too plain / had too big a heel / wasn't comfy enough to spend 12 hours + wearing etc... until I found Freya Rose's Martina Midis!
My only problem was, I'd scoured the entire internet and couldn't find my size in stock anywhere - so I reached out directly to Freya Rose's customer help email on the off-chance whey might have some sort of miracle solution. I quickly received a response from the lovely Emily who quite honestly answered my prayers - saying they'd had a pair in my size reserved - but then the reservation had been cancelled - so they'd be able to put them by for me to buy instead. Obviously it was down to luck but I massively appreciated how helpful she was in saving me from my shoe pickle!

The shoes arrived literally a day later, and when I put them on it was a dream Cinderella glass slipper moment! They are GORGEOUS, the heel is the perfect height and the mother of pearl is like nothing I've ever seen before on another shoe. The shimmery leather is beautiful and not OTT bridal either, meaning I'll be able to wear them again after the wedding (which obviously you can't really do when you buy white satin shoes...)
I can't comment on how long-wearing they are or will be as I've done little more than prance around my living room in them - but in terms of looks and customer service I really can't fault Freya Rose.

My only reservation would be that they come up very small size-wise (I'm normally between a 7 and 8, but ended up needing a 9) so would recommending sizing up - and then some - if you're considering ordering a pair.

YES, they're pricier than most (I'm normally a £30 at New Look kinda gal) but for an occasion as special as your wedding day I'd say they're worth it so TREAT YOURSELF.

I have recently received my shoes in the style ‘Freya’ and they are absolutely beautiful. I hated most wedding shoes that I was looking at, and even big name designer ones were falling short, and then I stumbled upon this designer. They feel like they were made for me, they are comfortable in spite of their 5” heel and they are just so well made and special. The mother of pearl detail on the heel is exquisite and unique, and the leather is a gorgeous silvery-shimmering white. They also arrived promptly and with a lovely hand-written note. I can’t wait to wear them on my wedding day, just so happy. Thank you so much!

Let me start by saying that the shoes are beautiful however my experience has been far from satisfactory - the first order I made never showed up so I sent them a message to which they responded to say the shoes hadn’t passed quality check had I of not contacted them god knows how long I would have been waiting to be informed. I then ordered another pair as the first pair were not suitable to only then be emailed again to say that there was an error and these were not in stock as advertised. We are now on the 3rd of March and my original return was sent on the 11th of Feb - I’m still waiting for my refund! Awful customer experience!

Wonderful addition to my Jewellery collection, thank you. I am the first to admit how very selective about what jewellery I feel comfortable wearing; the quality is so important to me. I had a few queries before I made my purchases & the team at Freya Rose were so helpful at every stage - I highly recommend this company for customer service & product. I now own a few pairs of the earring range, they are a statement piece in subtle form. I have had many compliments on every set and have put an order in for gifts this Christmas, which I am excited to give to my loved ones.

I recently bought the gold hoop earrings with pearls after seeing them in quite a few magazines online and everything from the customer service to the beautifully crafted designs has been exceptional. The quality is fantastic and I like the designer's strong ethics and slower approach to fashion. I will definitely buy from this brand again.

I recently ordered a pair of shoes online. It was a real leap of faith as my girlfriend is extremely picky. Once they arrived I knew she'd be over the moon as the design, quality, and craftsmanship is so premium and unique. I would highly recommend Freya Rose!

I recently ordered 'Gigi' heels after falling in love with them on Instagram and they are truly even more beautiful in real life! I adored the chic, but fun 70s inspired style and the genuine mother of pearl block heels are just so stunning and unbelievably comfortable. Absolutely worth treating myself as they compliment my weddings dress perfectly and I can't wait to wear them!!

Really consider whether you have the patience and the money to deal with poor stock/ordering system before you use this company... Whilst they have pictures of beautiful shoes online, it appears they don't actually have much stock. The website will allow you to purchase shoes and will debt you for them. I have spent £1400 on shoes and was told after a week that they do not have some of my order in stock and will need to refund me. I ordered yet another pair and the same thing happened. I have spoken to Sales over the last few weeks and whilst they have been responsive, I am yet to see a refund hit my account. A very unpleasant shopping experience.

I ordered two pairs of earrings and my card was charged the day they were ordered. The emails were described as a "pre-order" but there was no information about when they would be sent, so I emailed them a week ago to ask when I might be able to expect my jewellery and still have not been able to get any response at all, so they have about £300 of my money and I have no earrings and no idea if/when they will come.
