I wanted a little birthday treat gift for a friend and Friar's had exactly the thing. The order was straightforward to place and arrived at my friend's address within a couple of days. Most importantly, the chocolates were delicious and very well received!

I purchased several assortments of vegan chocolates as i always do for my grandson who has a dairy allergy. 4 of these pkts were dated only to October one to November. When i pointed out this ( they were for xmas and no discounts applied for short dates) i was told i had to pay my own postage to return them. This was prohibitive in costs. I asked again for a pre paid return label as a loyal repeat customer and was refused again. I will purchase these chocolates now direct from KAKAO. Im disgusted and upset by FRIARS response to a reasonable request.

Once again I have received outstanding quality and delivery from Friars , I can tell you that all the chocolates I have ordered over time are all delicious and never had any complaints from the gifts I have given people.
Definitely recommend to each and everyone of you to give Friars a try

I cannot praise this company enough, I placed an order a few weeks ago and one of the boxes of chocolates had some leakage at the corner of the box, I phoned customer services, I received a replacement the very next day and was allowed to keep the chocolates that had the leakage, it was a large box and the chocolates were totally fine, it was for a gift, so I couldn’t give it as a gift because of the small leakage.
I couldn’t believe they sent another box by special delivery so I would receive it the next day.
The chocolates are amazing and I have already ordered again and will buy all my Xmas chocolates from Friars

I recently bought some whole cherry chocolates with Kirsch and they are absolutely delicious! They arrived quickly and well packaged. I have been impressed with Friars this time and always in the past.

Lovely selection of handmade chocolates, taster bundles offer good value and a chance to try something different. I love dark chocolate and Friars have an excellent selection. Ordering online was easy, great customer service from ordering to delivery. The chocolates are divine, bought as a treat for family and me, I will be treating us again often, as they're so good!

I wanted to send some special chocolates to an aunt who’s having 2 cataract operations at 100. She’s delighted with them.
I realised I had made a mistake on the order by not putting my aunt’s address. However, emailed Friars who sorted it out….total stars all round.
Definitely use Friars their service is fantastic as are their chocolates. 👏🏻
