We have utilized Frias properties for the past several years to find a summer rental in downtown Aspen… they have been excellent! Our unit isn’t an A+ location and is extremely comfortable and well maintained. The staff is exceptional. We had an AC problem and they sent a manager right away to assess and then correct the problem.

The staff at Frias was great. From booking to checking in, I had a really positive experience. I called the day before my reservation to confirm my booking and was able to check in early. The room was clean and the amenities were generous. The location of Independence Square in downtown Aspen cannot be beat!

We had a great experience. We love it there and we continue to stay there every year. It’s the best location in town. Our room is always perfect.

The best location in town
The best location in town! The sun deck views are gorgeous and the hot tub was a well used amenity. Also, the courtyard just outside the hotel entrance was a great gathering spot for our family, to come and go from meals out and exploring the town!

North of Nell - a Beautiful property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at North of Nell. The property was spacious and elegant. Although there were issues with the refrigerator, the temporary replacement met our needs. Location was close to shopping, food and gondola. Parking underground was very convenient. Highly recommend.

I had an incredible stay at the Independence Square Hotel in Aspen. The property is beautiful and well kept and the location is absolute perfection. I highly recommend it to anybody that wants to truly enjoy the ambience of Aspen.
