Nice, but not perfect. We liked the location close to the…
We liked the location close to the gondola, transportation center and the amenities in Aspen. Our condo kitchen was excellent, but the living room needed another lounging chair. Our master bedroom had a difficult to control heating system that was either too hot or too cold and when on, noisy.

Very nice facility
Very nice facility. Loved the ski in / ski out location and large hot tub.

Outstanding stay at ski -in/out condo in Snowmass (Chamonix)
We had an outstanding stay at this slope-view ski-in/ski-out condo — everything about it made our mountain getaway effortless and relaxing. The direct access to the slopes meant we could step out, clip in, and be on fresh runs within minutes, which saved time and added so much convenience to each day.
Large windows offered beautiful slope views and plenty of natural light. Free on-demand shuttle made getting to nearby restaurants and shops effortless.
Overall this was a great experience: convenient, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a ski-focused vacation. Frias provided excellent services from booking to staying on the property with great support team when we needed anything. Property manager Eric was awesome — very quick with responses and extremely helpful whenever we had questions. They even helped me to clean my car after blizzard to make sure that i am OK to drive to the grocery store!
We’ll definitely use Frias services again.

Dealing with Frias Properties was a dream come true. We had serious challenges when our plans suddenly changed leading up to our trip and the company was extremely responsive and helpful in making alternate lodging arrangements to accommodate our needs.

You normally do great
You normally do great, but the apartment we stayed this time has a few issues like; just hot water from faucet, fridge did not work. It seems like this apartment is not really your priority.

Great Stay & Location
From booking, to check-in, the stay, and check-out, I had a fantastic experience staying at this Fasching Haus propertie. Frias properties and their staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the process, and always available if questions or needs arise. The room was spacious enough for 2 adults, nicely decorated, and steps from the lifts, Snowlodge/St. Regis, and all of the activities and action in town. Would definitely stay again!

Cleaners were still there when we arrived ....but no problem.
Some thoughts: didn't know that Frias arranged pick up at airport. Maybe I missed that.
Shades on rooms were not blackout
Would have been nice to have some USB plugs to plug into.
Fireplace was a bit odd...had the cord for the apparatus coming out through the front.
Some paint in master bedroom could do with touch up
Would be nice to have some coffee stuff ready to go (maybe I missed it)
TV in the master was tiny. Not a big deal but should be bigger.

Good staff and shuttle but very difficult to net to the apartment
Staff was very helpful and the shuttle service is amazing. I would recommend all properties to have humidifiers in every room. It mas the first time that we stayed in an apartment without humidifiers.
The only Big issue was that even though our apartment was on the second floor, we bad to take an elevador and then 3 additional stairs, so very difficult to Bring groceries and luggage.
