The apartment was great. Comfortably fit 6 adults. No complaints.

Unit 22 in the Chateau Eau Claire Condominium complex was really not worth the monthly rental price. As you can see from the photos, the carpet is disgusting. It is old, very dirty and covered with stains. Two of the chairs in the living room were also rather old and dirty. If you are going to ask such a price, you should at least have a clean, presentable unit. Would not rent this unit again. The ability to use the gym in the Chateau Roaring Fork Condominium complex was a nice perk. Weekly house cleaning was great although it varied from week to week, depending on who cleaned the unit each week.

Cynthia, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We received your note about the carpet while you were staying with us for the month, and we requested that the owner of this condo replace it. We could not replace the carpet while you were in-house, but please be assured that the new carpet was ordered and is scheduled to be installed.
The pictures don't do the place justice. It is way nicer looking and cozy. We would use any of the properties Frias provides at the Chateau Eau Claire.
