We thought the unit was great for the value. We were very happy overall. Bed comfortable, good shower. Kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed. All of downtown Aspen within walking distance!! We do hope they replace the sofa in the main room very soon. In bad shape. It was the only negative- very old and uncomfortable.
Pros: Nice accommodation. Kind of old but very well maintained and clean. Cons: no elevator

We had a fabulous stay! Place was in an excellent location, very clean and comfortable. We hope to return!
Sub-par...this condo is very dated; kitchen was stocked only with salt and pepper. Refrig had no ice maker. Balcony off bedroom is very small, again very old. While the bed was great, the carpet is old and very stained and the living room furniture is also old and uncomfortable. This unit needs serious updating! Would not rent this unit again.
Love this condo. It was in a great location and very clean and pleasant. I cannot give it a 5 review as the condo really needs to be updated and modernized. But that is probably why it was affordable! I would love to stay there again. Laura
This place was perfect for us. The location was great and we had plenty of room. Very comfortable and clean. The natural light from the skylights was great. Would stay here any day of the week.
