Excellent desk, very high quality and the purchasing process was a dream. I opted for the engineer to construct the desk and install it. He arrived on time and completed the job in 40 mins or less. Less than 4 days from order to install.

I very rarely leave reviews for anything!

However, Friska Desk really deserves it.
I purchased a table with a black frame and a few accessories.

1. I realized I bought the wrong size table the next morning and I called up the main office where they managed to pull out the table from the delivery driver's truck and they proceeded to ship me out the bigger size that I wanted the next day. I received a secure email to pay the difference and it only took 2 minutes.

2. Once received, I put up the table using the instructions manual and their youtube video (the video should show more steps and be more detailed) but it was manageable. I actually spent approx 2 hours doing it, and when finally done, I got an error message (E25 and then E60) which meant the legs wouldn't work and the table was at its lowest positions not usable.

This was on a Wednesday night.
I called up the next day and explained my frustration to Mike and said I'm not happy. I was asked to hang up and that their engineer Adrian would call me in 10 minutes, which he did.

Spoke to him and explained the situation which he understood straight away and said one or both of the legs may need to be replaced and that he cannot do this until Monday.

however, I had planned to take the weekend to completely set up my home office and get on with my work, I also really struggle with bad posture and have been experiencing very bad back pain (one of the reasons for going for this table in the first place) so I was not listening to any reasoning and insisted this gets fixed before the weekend.

Mike and Adrian as annoyed as they may have been with me agreed that Adrian would drive down Friday morning which is a 7 hour round trip for him to my home and replace the faulty leg.

Adrian was here at 8 am this morning to fix everything and even made sure the table was perfectly clean before leaving, a true testament to their customer service.

The table itself is absolutely beautiful and I use it while sitting and standing. the quality of the wood is better than I expected and much better than the images on the website (get better images guys they don't do it justice at the moment)

I was not offered any discount or incentive to leave this review...but I really believed the guys and the company deserved to receive this.

Our desk arrived this week and it’s great. It arrived on time, and was easy to put together. I’m now wondering why we didn’t get one sooner

Top quality desk and excellent customer service. After a lot of research on different companies I opted for Friska desk. The desk is excellent quality and is really quiet when operating. The build quality is very sturdy even when lifted very high, there is no wobbling. I opted for the bundle as seemed the best value, the updated control unit is neat and looks smart, good to have ability for preset heights. The cable tray is very sturdy and keeps all the annoying cables hidden neatly away. I would def recommend watching the really helpful build videos on their site as the instructions provided are not great. I built the desk on my own in around an hour but if you can have two people it would be better as the desk is heavy. Mike at Friska was so helpful both before and after my purchase and it was this that made me choose Friska. I also ordered a few free desk top samples, which arrived quickly, to help decide which finish to have. Don’t be put off when the samples arrive as you can see the inside of the laminated wood, the finished desk top is great quality and looks lovely.
My only negative point is my white desk frame had a chip in the paint which is annoying but I did not contact Friska about this as I needed the desk and couldn’t be bothered to send it back. I’m sure I was just unlucky as the desk is very well packaged.

I have been using my new Friska Stockholm standing desk for almost a month and absolutely love it! It has changed my home office experience completely - I bought the Stockholm bundle and Kalix Twin Monitor Arms and could not be happier.
Delivery was fast, everything was well packed and extremely high quality, really solid and sturdy but still very stylish. Assembly was pretty straightforward and there are clear instructions and videos to help. Excellent customer service and quick friendly responses from Mike made the whole experience very enjoyable. I had been thinking about buying this desk for months, it seemed quite expensive especially compared to IKEA's standing desks but I am so pleased I went ahead - there is no comparison, the Friska desk is in a league of it's own. Only problem is there is a bit of desk envy in our office now!

I've used Friska for multiple desks now, both for in the office and more recently in my home office! I can't praise them enough - brilliant quality, made in Sweden, next day delivery every time - well done guys!

Another thing that I have found is that Friska seem to be the only desks that have a decent warranty of 10 years.

I've had another brand in the past (Yo-Yo) and it doesn't even begin to compare with the quality of the Friska desks - it was noisier and badly constructed.

Will continue to use Friska, and tell all my associates and friends to do likewise!

Superb service. Order placed on Wednesday with some customization, on the following day the desk was already delivered. I have had a chat with the staff for some questions before ordering and they even emailed me back asking to confirm the correct customization details before I was able to email them with the details discussed by phone. Isn't this great customer care and service? Regarding the desk, you understand it is sturdy since the moment you assemble it, actually since they deliver it as each part is extremely heavy. If you are looking for a sit-standing desk, really look no further. Highly recommended. Out of the 5 stars I would give 10!

wo weeks in, this is one of the best purchase to setup my home office. Robust, good finishing and fairly easy to assemble. At the end I had no space for the CPU holder, but communication with Friska were fast and smooth on getting it refund. The product and service you get justify its premium price.

Few tips for people who are consider ordering:

1. You can order desk finish for free from their website first, if you are unsure what color/finish suit your home
2. I didn't get any tools in the pack, fortunately I have what I need to assemble it. (2-3 different size allen keys & standard screwdriver)
3. Keep original packaging in case you might refund (Check refund policy, as desk and frame's policy is different to other parts)

Excellent company! The whole buying experience was a pleasure from top bar personal communication throughout to sending out samples to safe and fast delivery of the product. Extremely quick in answering any queries that I had and sending out a very premium product in a very prompt manner. A rare gem of a company that many others could learn from! The desk is perfect, I love it. Easy to assemble, the wood is beautiful, and the motors work perfectly. Does not wobble as I read in other reviews.
I leave a 4 star rating because the delivery guy just left it on the street, and also left us a wooden crate for us to get rid of.

High quality standing desk arrived NEXT DAY. The finish of the table top is excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

Recently purchased the Stockholm Standing desk plus a few addons. Items arrives within a couple of days and in great condition. Considering I am useless at DIY and been know to struggle with Ikea stuff I found the assembly very easy even on my own although heavy the desk was manageable.

As for the quality, cannot fault and very surprised in all honesty how sturdy the desk is at my standing height of 110cm - I am using a dual Arm monitor Setup and the screens do not wobble anymore than when on my previous sitting desk. The desktop is excellent and feels more like solid wood rather than manufactured.

Very impressed overall and several recommendations to colleagues have been made.

I've had the desk a couple of weeks now and I absolutely love it. The electric mechanism works well, the desk is solid and robust and I can't fault it. The customer service from Mike at every stage of my purchase, from before I decided to buy it right through to a query when I was building it was superb and meant that the delivery glitch (due to the delivery company only) and an issue with building the desk didn't matter at all as they were sorted by Mike instantly.

Absolutely top quality product. Amazing quick delivery too. Easy to assemble.
