WARNING: Critical checkout failure and no recovery process from customer support.
We ordered a travel system as a gift for a baby shower and were never given a clear opportunity during checkout to enter a separate shipping address. The system auto-filled the billing address and moved straight to purchase without a clear confirmation step.
We realized the issue within minutes and contacted support before we even received a confirmation email. Despite that, we were told no changes could be made due to their fulfillment policy.
The item was then shipped to the wrong state. We were told a return shipping label would be provided, but after that, communication stopped entirely and no resolution has been offered. We are now being left to deal with the consequences of an issue we tried to fix immediately, and the cost to ship the item to the correct state is more than the travel system itself.
At this point, this reflects both a flaw in the checkout process and a lack of reasonable support when a customer tries to correct an issue immediately.
If I do not hear from someone with the authority to resolve this today, I will be posting this experience across all available review platforms. I work in customer experience and understand exactly how visibility and escalation impact brand reputation.
I would prefer to resolve this directly—please respond with a direct phone number or email for someone who can actually address this, not generic support.
I am open to updating this review once this is properly resolved.

We placed an order two weeks ago. $190 item. They charge for shipping, and offer alot of bloat unnecessary shipping upgrades and add ons.. The item didn't even get to usps for 4 days after payment. And still has not arrived.
They haven't returned any emails or contact attempts.
Don't risk it with this company.
Just go with Amazon or something else.

Decent product selection. Mixed reviews on the product’s conditions. I have received both overstock and open box items in the past. With the open box items I noticed inconsistent descriptions. I bought an open box bread maker, and it was missing all of the accessory pieces. Which was not noted in the description. I also received an open box smart home air purifier that would not connect to Wi-Fi. The company itself is great and they refunded the defective products quickly

I ordered a car seat that was labelled as 'Imperfect'. I looked at their online description of 'Imperfect,' and it does not say anything about missing or broken parts. I received the car seat with a broken cupholder. The cupholder will not lock in place due to a broken tab and has an approx. 3-inch diameter hole in which a child's hand could get caught. Rebel customer service told me their 'back office' description of 'imperfect' does state it may contain missing or broken parts, so it was not covered. This is a total misrepresentation! They said I could file a complaint and request what I felt I was owed! I had already spent enough time getting this far! Will never do business with them again!

Made 4 purchases from them totaling 7 items. Of the 7 items all were marked as "Open Box: Simply opened but never used." yet three of them showed clear evidence of use and one (a $600 chair) was received damage in a manner that was unlikely to have occurred during shipping. Rebel gave a partial refund on the chair but despite telling me to reach out to customer service for the other three, sending them multiple emails with photos, they never replied. I'm guessing they'll tell me to waste my time reach out to them again. Pass.
Unfortunately they are dishonest in their quality listings or very poor at QC'ing. Avoiding all future purchases.

Placing my order was easy. The item arrived in brand new condition. The box was a little damaged but it is expected. The only thing I was concerned about was the length of period to process and ship my order. But after I received the tracking information, I was relieved that Rebel is actually a legit company.

I ordered a rice cooker on a Sunday night and immediately realized that I had auto filled the wrong address in the shipping section (I thought I was filling out both shipping and billing address, it was actually just the billing.) I got an automatic reply that pretended to be real person who said she would forward my concern to a team member as she couldn't help. Highly doubt they have someone working weekends and graveyards, as later when I noted the long time between emails they said that they were available during regular business days. I emailed them back Wednesday and asked for an update. They emailed me back saying that they could do nothing because the product had already shipped, as it was technically shipping from a third party and they were just kind of the aggregate for the resale. I pointed out the long wait time for a response and checked the tracking number -- it was listed as pre transit. I sent a screenshot of this and requested the phone number of whoever was actually sending me the rice cooker so I could try to sort it out, as it was pretty clear to me that they weren't really interested in being helpful. They responded saying they (as in rebel) didn't have a phone number and completely ignored the screenshot that showed the item hadn't shipped. I responded, sent the screenshot again, but at this point the rice cooker HAD shipped so I was truly out of luck. I requested a refund and they sent me return information. The rice cooker is in a locked apartment building and I don't have a way to contact the landlord as the building has changed hands. Really really frustrating experience, I found Kaylah super unhelpful and it seems to me that she is either pretty unintelligent or willfully ignored what I was asking her for so she wouldn't have to deal with her. I actually really like the mission of the storefront and am incredibly disappointed with my experience.
