The toaster you sent me had obviously been through more than one return… the handle to put down toast does not work. Why send it at all?

We ordered a travel system for our soon baby to be. We waited two weeks after we ordered it but our order was still processing. We finally received an update that our order was cancelled but no explanation at all. When I contacted customer service via email, since they did not have a phone number. They stated the order was cancelled and they could not give me a reason why due to the email thread being “unsecured”. That is such an absurd excuse and I will not be recommending this company to anyone. Now we have to wait 6-10 days for a refund and still have no car seat for our baby that is due any week now. Horrible experience.

Poor shipping quality and customer service
I ordered a car seat, open box condition. When it arrived the box looked like it had been through it. It was half open, and completely crushed. The car set was thrown in the box- no packaging inside, nothing protecting the car seat from the elements which easily got into the box, and a strap cover was missing.
I reached out asking about an exchange. I specifically asked, given the nature of their business, how they could guarantee an exchange. I was assured by the rep they had some in stock and could ship me a new one, once I shipped the one I received back. Within hours of shipping the seat back, they emailed me saying they received notice I dropped it off, and due to a technical issue they are going to refund me, as they don’t have anymore. I had talked about a partial refund with them, if I were to keep it vs going through the hassle of taping it back up and getting it to a FedEx, and likely would have done that.
I emailed them saying the whole reason I pursued the exchange was because they said I could get another one. I asked what they could do to given the aggravation, and they never responded back. You can only email, there’s no phone number. Very disappointed.

Best site! Best prices. I was leary at first because the prices were great. Purchase was perfect! Some people complained of “open box” it literally says whether it is or isn’t on the listing 🤦♀️ highly recommended!

Broken item. No customer service. Unable to return
Received an item that did not work (baby swing) almost a month later and still not able to get someone to help me return it. They claimed I couldn’t use my 7 days return protection when it had only been 5 days since it had been delivered. Still waiting to be helped. It feels really scammy. I’d rather pay full price for any item than use this website again. Not worth it.

Products were in good condition but the…
Products were in good condition but the box I received my car seat in was gaping wide open. I know I ordered a box that had been opened before, but I expected it to be re-taped a bit better. Luckily nothing had fallen out or gotten damaged. But probably just needed to be taped up better before shipping out.

My package was lost and I did not buy the package protection. Customer service was very fast at responding to my email and were able to still help me out even though I didn't have purchased a package protection. Very thankful for them!!
