Very pleased with purchase but there…
Very pleased with purchase but there was a lengthy problem with delivery.. received today after 2 weeks after ordering but Kim sorted out the problem and apologised with a little gift. Can’t fault customer service with this company.

I was looking for this purple Rachel…
I was looking for this purple Rachel Comey Coat when I saw Tracee Ellis Ross wear it. When I found it and reduced saving £795 I was super happy. I had some questions about sizing which the team happily reached out and it was a perfect fit. Though winter is mostly over (we hope) I’m glad I’ve got this coat for the chilly spring morning and winter to come. They shipped it really swiftly with transparency as to when it was going to be delivered and asked if I needed to reschedule at any point the delivery person was friendly and kind. What can I say a 10/10 ordering experience.. I’m even wearing the coat rn!

It has been almost a week since my…
It has been almost a week since my parcel is stuck with the delivery company. I keep getting messages that my parcel will be delivered "today" but it does not happen. Why am I getting an email asking to review the order? Sort yourself out.

Hi Alexandra,
Firstly, we would like to apologise for the delay in you receiving your order. As you can see from the tracking, the order left our premises at 2.11pm on Monday 6th March, with an intended delivery on Tuesday 7th March.
Upon investigation, DHL have informed us there was an issue at their overnight sorting office which led to the initial delay. It should have then been delivered on Wednesday 8th March but you made a change for delivery to a service point, which adds another 24hrs as the package needs to returned to the DHL office and relabelled. DHL have informed us they will deliver to you tomorrow as a priority. They also wanted to pass on their apologies.
As you are aware, we have already refunded your postage as this is not the kind of service we expect from our courier.
To end, we feel the term ‘sort yourself out’ as rather unfair and even derogatory. Although DHL are an extension of our business, delays can happen which are out with our control.

I bought a beautiful jumper by Eribe, the website was easy to use and super fast delivery, will definitely shop here again!

A gem of a shop
Frontiers Woman stocks wonderful merchandise snd displays it beautifully. The shop is a delight to be in; spacious, imaginative and relaxing. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful as they know the manufacturers and their stock. A truly lovely shop with lovely people. It gets better and more interesting all the time.
