Zollgebühren
Das Senden des Cardigans war in Ordnung, doch ich war sehr erstaunt, dass ich zu den Kosten für die Sendung noch zusätzlich 50 Euro für die Zollgebühren zahlen musste. So habe ich für die Jacke über 250 Euro bezahlt, ob wohl Sie mir 10 % abgezogen haben. Ich denke, das sollten Menschen aus der EU wissen, die bei Ihnen kaufen.

Für Bestellungen aus dem Ausland (nicht im Vereinigten Königreich) entfernen wir die britische Mehrwertsteuer (VAT) in Höhe von 20%. Darüber hinaus bieten wir einen Rabatt von 10% für Bestellungen von Neukunden. Wir verstehen, dass diese Ersparnisse die Zollgebühren ausgeglichen haben könnten.
Wir möchten auch betonen, dass wir auf unseren Lieferseiten klarstellen, dass anfallende Zollgebühren außerhalb unserer Kontrolle liegen und vom Kunden getragen werden müssen. Leider sind diese Gebühren aufgrund des Brexits für EU-Kunden notwendig geworden.

Best shopping experience in Edinburgh
The range of clothing and accessories is unique and always great value for money. The shop itself is bright and airy even on the dullest days and a pleasure to go into. However what makes Frontiers Women my go to shop are the staff. They are so friendly and take a real intrest in their customers - a rare thing these days. They have so much experience and knowledge on what outfits will best suit me . I always trust their suggestions. It's the best shop and shopping experience in Edinburgh i've found.
