Very good product, I would have rated higher if it had been delivered on the original delivery date.

Really helpful in store as well as friendly when making decision on purchase. Delivery was well informed and matched by the delivery itself.

The staff at Frosts were great. They organised my order in store and made it very easy. The delivery men were also excellent ringing me 15 minutes before they arrived and were friendly and accommodating. The water feature looks great in the garden and was easy to assemble. It works when the sun is on it. Overall very pleased.

Frosts have the most amazing standard/range of fruit/vegetables/meat and delicatessan items.
I just wish you would put a weighing scale in the fruit and vegetable section.

Emailed to give time slot of delivery, called before arrival to let me know what time to expect delivery, put item where directed and took away packaging. Pleasant men

Purchased a large garden ornament. Delivery was fast and placed in back garden. Excellent service.

Went to Frost today in Willington Bedfordshire. I have to say we had a roast dinner here me and my friend and it was one of the best roast dinners I’ve had for ages. The lay out is great and they come to the table to take your order.
I had roast chicken and my friend had the nut roast it was stunning 🤩 five stars from me great portion size loads of fresh cooked veg.
Staff are fantastic friendly happy and knowledgeable but very accommodating especially on extra gravy.
The garden centre has a lot of changes recently and I have to say so much for the bettter has a great flow all the way around. Very accessible, especially when I take my dad in a wheelchair. There’s plenty of room to move manoeuvre around. Well done Frosts.

This garden centre is ok - knowledgeable staff, wide range of plants, good restaurant. Not the cheapest, but overall ok. The trouble is, not too long ago, it was great. It used to be a destination in its own right, but no more. I don’t image the chickens or the pigs bought in much money, but they (and the sheer variety of other things to see) were the reason to go to Frosts over Dobbies or even B&Q. There is little reason to drive the extra distance now. Such a shame. Again, it’s ok, just nothing special.

Edit : this amendment follows Frosts’ reply to my review. My whole point is that Frosts Woburn Sands did indeed have in the past chickens, pigs, and an aquarium. In this regard it was a destination in its own right. They are all gone, it is now a slightly overpriced place to buy plants, and a very expensive place to have lunch. The whole experience is far diminished from what it was in the past.

I bought a large bamboo that was too big to get in the car. The staff at Woburn were very helpful, arranged delivery, and my plant delivered at the time stated, with helpful and friendly delivery drivers today

Frost is local to me, I visit them weekly to buy fruit and Vegetables from Farmers Market Shop. I purchased my first large Dacaina Plant from there. There was a lovely assistant who helped me to choose my plant. Her name was Amanda, she told me how to look after it and also helped me choose a flower pot for it. She was very polite and extremely helpful! From the delivery to it getting to my house, I was informed every step . Was extremely Happy 😊 And my plant was so beautiful! Thoroughly recommend 👌 them very Highly. Very Happy indeed. Thanks to all at Frost.

I am so impressed with the service from the team at Frosts, Frilford. I purchased an artificial Christmas tree but when we turned it on several of the lights didn't work. I called to tell them of the problem and that it was too heavy for me to load back in the car, and within 30 minutes they sent over a replacement, took down the old tree, and put up the new one for me. If only more companies had the same approach and offered such great customer service.

Received Frosts Where Christmas Begins leaflet to buy gifts online but no items that I wanted to buy are listed...website is not user friendly....very frustrating

Frost's pumpkin patch weekend at the Willington Garden Centre was a great experience for all the family and praise must go to the Frost's staff who planned, organized and ensured that the event went just it was envisaged. Hopefully more events will follow.

We took my grandson to the pumpkin patch at Frosts Willington last weekend, what a wonderful time we all had! All staff members were friendly, even the young man putting out the pumpkins stopped to chat to us. The food was delicious, it was an afternoon enjoyed by all. Thank you

I ordered the smoked salmon eggs Benedict. The poached eggs on the muffin were perfect, although there was way too much sauce. The smoked salmon was awful, an inedible piece of stringy fish. The waitress didn’t come to ask how our meal was until the end of our meal, when we were ready to pay. I complained, but was told I should have registered my dissatisfaction earlier, so they could replace my meal. No refund was offered. I won’t be coming back.

Been having breakfasts here for a long time, the serving staff are all mostly excellent.
Sadly it's really gone downhill dramatically, they seem to have totally lost sight of the fact its a service they are providing; and not something you just have to put people through.
You used to be able to choose a full breakfast and then if there's something you don't particularly like; you could just swap it for a similar item; which is great and very fair; as we don't all like the same things and you're paying for an amount of items.
Then they changed it all; and seemingly as we were told as "it was easier for the chefs", you now have to have all the items no matter what (unless you have an allergy, a little tip there for you there 😉), so again as we were told, if you don't like eggs say, well that's too bad; they have to be served up anyway with the rest, and with this new system, you can't swap anything for a similar/equivalent item that you do like (so again reducing the service and value you could get before).
Seems those in charge have lost sight what customer service means; and how to provide it; in a way that your customers leave happy, and have enjoyed the experience.
We will just have to find a new breakfast venue I guess but at least leaving a review may give you some pointers on how to restore what was once an enjoyable experience.
Shame the great staff are let down by stupid customer unfriendly rules, made to make chefs lives easier.
