Frosts Garden Centre Avis 

Everything from ordering to delivery was perfect. Big thank you to the delivery team Luke and Matt who were friendly, on time and well organised, making sure my furniture arrived at the right place in the garden.

My wife and I were looking to buy a particular piece of garden furniture that had been advertised in a Frosts catalogue at a significant price reduction, and visited first the Frosts at Woburn Sands. Sad to say, we wern't too impressed with what there was to look at, (once we managed to locate the garden furniture), nor at the limited staff assistance, so we went over to Frosts at Willington. What a difference! Easy to find the garden furniture, and when we couldn't find quite what we were looking for, a member of staff, Tom, who was assembling furniture with a colleague, immediately stopped what he was doing and the 2 of them went off to bring exactly what we wanted on a large trolley. Even more than that, they took it round to the checkout, and as we had more shopping to do, Tom told us to ask for him when we were ready to go, and he would come to help load the furniture into the car. Outstanding service from very helpful staff. Thank you Tom, and your colleague (sorry that this review is over a month late, but the furniture is assembled, & awaiting some decent weather to sit on it).

Lovely plant selection ,helpful staff and speedy delivery service

Sadly not the experience we were hoping for.

Still waiting for the missing parts from our furniture delivery, despite numerous chases to both the salesperson and the customer services department. Given the price, we would have expected much more.

All good. Arrrived when it was supposed to. So no problem.

In store we were well looked after by a very polite and friendly salesperson. Everything about our purchase was explained extremely well. Delivery of our new garden furniture was quick and the delivery people were helpful and polite. I couldn’t fault any part of our experience with Frosts Woburn Sands.

Accommodated two trees on one delivery, good price, sales experience good and the member of staff (Justin) was very helpful. Similarly with Russ and Tom who delivered the trees, and Michelle who arranged the delivery - they arrived when they said they would. Very pleased and would buy again. Thank you.

I visit Frosts Garden Centres on a regular basis. While I enjoy the experience, I am Coeliac, and have to say I am disappointed at the lack of choice in the Cafe. The same flavour of gateau is so disappointing. There are lots of us, please try and give us better choices, who knows we might even buy something!!

The staff was very helpful and kind from the time of choosing the plants in the shop to the delivery of the plants at my home address. I also had a request over the phone and they found out everything for me and came back to me. The service I received was outstanding and I am very happy with the quality of the plants. I always like to come back to the Frost Garden Centre in Woburn Sands.

Excellent service. Date of delivery agreed and the day before, a 1 hour time slot was given. Luke and Russ delivered our new BBQ to where we wanted it stored. We are very pleased with the service although we haven't opened the package yet to check the contents.

Customer service was great! Knowledgeable staff, knew the product, gave a demonstration of product, polite, friendly, could not have done any more for you. Gave us a pen and paper to make notes of the measures before we went home to make sure it fitted into our space. Informed us of next steps and those did happen. We had a text message x2 days before the delivery stating a delivery window. We had a phone call 30 mins before the items were delivered. Delivery personnel polite, on time, put the items where we wanted them, unwrapped items and took the rubbish away with them. Gave us a card with contact details on if we had any queries. Great service, thank you.
