Food came out time, and had great macros. For the price I preferred it to Factor and better taste. Would recommend the Buffalo Burgers

The food is decent, well portioned and prepared well. My issue has been with the delivery of the food. I've only had three orders, the first one arrived without issue; the second arrived damaged and warm, and was advised by fuelmeals to discard all of the food as it was unsafe to consume; the third order never arrived at all. Don't trust this company.

I bought these meals with the hope they would be great meal replacement for me at work. Instead, aside from a couple of the meals, they all tasted horrible.
I also find it interesting that they have no clear path to leave reviews on their website as well. They claim to have high reviews, but from who since you can’t leave and the ones you find all other review pages are very poor.
I too tried to reach out to them about some issues with an order and delivery. I received a very vague response and was charged full price the next day with no explanation.
This meal replacement company, is not serious about giving the customer a great product and should be avoided at all cost.

I received incorrect items in multiple orders, and the quality of the chicken products was extremely disappointing. The meat was tough, rubbery, and appeared to be very low grade. After experiencing these issues across three separate orders, I canceled my subscription.

First time trying fuelmeals. I have had other meal preps with great meals, but I wanted to try something new. They looked good as advertised. Some of the meals were great, but the rice that they made in these meals got me sick, and I threw up for the next 2 days. I would not recommend fuelmeals. I am going back to my previous meal prep.

The food is awful! I ordered 14 meals. Now some of them were good. The Salmon and fettuccine Alfredo. Good 7/10 but jist aboht everything else was gross. The pastas and rice are dry and bland. The chicken is slimy as hell it legit made me throw up. And that was the first time I had ever thrown from not being sick. I donr have an over dramatic stomach. I tried to eat what I had bought becuase why waste the money.. couldn't do it. Threw away 8 meals roughly $90 worth of food

I’ve eaten four meals now, 3 were decent, 1 was bad. Still in the middle of our trial period. I’m mostly writing this to give a warning for potential future customers. When I ordered my first delivery, I was under the impression that it was a one time purchase and not aware that it was in fact a subscription. While it may say on their site that it’s all subscription I wasn’t aware. In my experience it’s not obvious. I wanted to order once and see what I liked and didn’t like and go from there whether I wanted to continue with their service or not. If they hadn’t sent me an email telling me they were sending me a free meal with my next order I would have been hit with another charge of over $200. So I guess it’s subscription or nothing. Just a buyer beware.

We thought we would give them a try. The salmon tasted like rubber. The barbecue sauce tasted like water down ketchup, and we cannot eat any of these meals. I simply reached out to customer service for a refund. Nope they offered nothing and here’s a screenshot of their message.

I really wanted to like this service, but the lack of support, functionality, and accuracy has been extremely disappointing.

I was unable to edit my meals before the cutoff due to a payment issue, even after attempting to update my payment method. Customer service responses were vague, lacked promptness and didn’t resolve the problem, which left me frustrated and stuck with no solution.

For a service that relies on timely order customization, not being able to edit meals and not getting clear help, is a major flaw.

I also have concerns about the accuracy of the nutrition information. I’ve weighed portions of the chicken myself, and the listed protein content appears to be significantly inflated or “fluffed up” compared to what’s actually being provided. As someone who is a serious gym-goer, weightlifter, and deeply invested in nutrition, and who will soon be coaching others… this is a major issue for me. Accurate macros aren’t optional, they’re essential.

On top of that, being left without meals for a full week due to the lack of support seriously disrupted my routine. When you rely on a service like this for consistency, that kind of breakdown makes it hard to trust the company moving forward.

It’s also worth noting that there’s no clear way to leave a review directly on their site, which raises concerns about transparency.

I’ll likely be taking my business elsewhere.

I’m extremely disappointed with Fuel Meals. The entire experience—from the app to the actual food—has been a source of stress rather than a convenience.

Inconsistent Delivery: The delivery is completely unreliable. While it’s supposed to arrive on Monday, it usually shows up on Tuesday or Wednesday, and has arrived as late as Thursday multiple times. This inconsistency ruins my food schedule and forces me to spend extra money eating out while waiting.

Misleading App & Promos: The app is a nightmare. I ended up getting an entirely new order when I tried to make simple adjustments to the upcoming order before the deadline. To make matters worse, my promotion code didn’t work, and when I reached out, support offered a "fix" that was significantly less than the advertised amount.

Questionable Macros: The taste is poor, but the portions are even worse. There is no way four small chicken pieces contain the 50g of protein they claim. The nutritional information feels highly fabricated.

Not great or good. The food arrived when it was supposed to arrive and was packaged well and it looked pretty good. Unfortunately, The taste wasn't all that great. Compared to Factor meals The salmon from this company was not very good and neither was the rice and everything was just overall plain and unpleasant. I would not order from them again just based on flavor alone

Didnt deliver meals for days, promised everyday oh it shipped. Wouldn't refund and expected me to accept STALE 3 DAY OLD FOOD. Liars all the way, use a better company - PLENTY TO CHOOSE FROM. Nothing but lies so I expect when you respond it will be that too. If you cant tell the truth and stand behind your product, you should close up shop.
