Fulfillable Avis 

I called the support number multiple times but no one is answering. I also filled the form. I have an urgent 3PL matter and it would be great if we can go over it today

I recently onboarded to Fulfillable having had a bad experience managing my orders in house. They guided me through and set me up in 72 hours (after promising 48hrs but cant complain).

They have increase the efficiency of my business drastically and enabled me to focus on growth. Trusty account manager available later on in the evening as well. Recommend

We had been searching for a 3PL for a while but were nervous about taking the leap given the number of bad reviews and horror stories we had heard about doing so. After reading one too many bad reviews about other 3PLs on Trustpilot, I searched here for top-rated fulfilment centres in the UK, which is how we found Fulfillable –– and we're so glad we did!

Having gone through the process, we can't believe how smooth the transition has been. From our first call with Ben, he walked us through the entire process. The transition didn't result in a single disruption or delay to our customer's orders.

We have now been working with Fulfillable for 6-months, and are extremely grateful for the exceptional service provided by both Jaz and Ben. Our many questions have been answered quickly, and they have gone above and beyond to support our business many times.

Having grown from taking our parcels to the Post Office then growing enough to have Royal Mail collections, we quickly still got to the stage where literally 99.9 percent of our day was bringing in deliveries, sorting them, matching them to customer orders, picking, packing, and putting the rest onto our inventory and putting them on our shelves. On top of customer emails and everything else, it gave us literally no time to grow. And even then we were just increasing an already impossible workload.

So we took the big step. We checked a few companies but Fulfillable was top of our list. Simple explanation on their website. No hidden fees, no monthly contract price. Storage fees are more than generous. We gave them a call and spoke to Ben. Down to earth, straight forward and understood exactly where we have been and where we want to go.

So we took the jump. It was naturally difficult for us as we are used to seeing our stock on the shelves literally in front of us but we quickly got used to the Fulfillable interface which is simple and not plastered with a million different options. All questions we had (and there were numerous!) were answered straight away and honestly we've never looked back. Our deliveries arrive at Fulfillable and are normally processed same day..

We get "Stock Change" emails telling us that X stock has now been checked in etc.
We sell some stuff on eBay and when our items are processed and posted, they are automatically marked as dispatched on eBay with the tracking number added!

I know some folk are swaying on taking the big step (and it is a big step) but just think of having 99.9% of your working day back to purely focus purely on growing your business. Best business move we've made in a long time.

As any business that needs to use a fulfilment centre, it can be really daunting. We had our first call with Ben who was amazing and really put us at ease and explained the whole process. We decided to go with Fulfillable and we are so glad we did. The communication from them is 10/10 so if anything doesn't look right or anything needs addressing they are on it instantly which is pretty amazing. They are super professional and really help you out in terms of the best methods of postage etc to make sure you're getting the best postage method which works for your business at the best price. If you are 50/50 I would say go with these guys you won't regret it

We have been using Fulfillable for past 6 month and they are great! We send Large Letters with our products. Its Reliable and Cheap. When I say cheap I mean way cheaper if you count the time we were using for going to the post office to send our products. We regret we did not go with them earlier.

No answer on the phone or by email. Is this company a fraud?

We are a small business that are growing and were very nervous about outsourcing fulfillment to a 3PL. We heard many horror stories about hidden fees, inventory lost, etc. We searched for about 2 years trying to find the right partner without luck until we found Fulfillable! They have been helpful and respectful from day 1, happy to work with small companies, efficient and professional in how they handle operations, and cost transparent and competitive.
Our onboarding process has been very smooth, whenever we had any issues the team were happy and quick to help solve them.
I couldn't recommend them enough, the way they have set up the business is very clever, everything is barcoded so it is super efficient and clear. Fast and accurate delivery, our clients are happy, we are happy!

Fulfillable is by far the best 3PL out there! Ben has been the most helpful account manager we have worked with, who is responsive at any hour and willing to help with any issues we have.

We changed to Fulfillable after difficulties with another fulfilment company. We have been using them since January and everything has been amazing.
Ben helped me every step Of the way and got us set up so quickly. I think it took around a week. I think we have had zero errors. I have had no reason to contact them as everything has been working seamlessly. Stock is added to the system really quickly, often the day it arrives.
The pricing is good and transparent. My only issue is Etsy not updating when stock reaches 0 but that is an Etsy API issue not Fulfillable.
