Ace of Diamonds Fun Casino Avis 

We used Ace of Diamonds for our work Christmas party and everything went incredibly smoothly from start to end. Samantha was really friendly and enthusiastic over the phone, which made us choose AoD above the other companies which we received quotes from. The service provided was clear on the website and in correspondence. The croupiers arrived on time and did a great job. Everyone had loads of fun and it was certainly worth it. Would use AoD again.

I used Ace of Diamonds for my works christmas party. The service was excellent and the croupiers were very friendly and explained the games to those who had not played before. I would definately recommend Ace of Diamonds if you want something differnet and fun for a night.

I hired the fun casino for my husbands 30th birthday party. It was fantastic! Everyone loved it. We will definitely be using again. I just wanted to thank the staff you had there on the day.
They were all very professional, fun and knowledgeable.
We were running behind schedule and had a slow start to people getting to the tables, however your female employee, got people up to the table and got the evening going.
Everyone I spoke to said the casino made the evening, and this was down to the great staff you had on the tables.
If I know of anyone organising a similar event, I will strongly recommend you, and if I organise any similar events I 100% will be in touch.

Held a surprise 30th Birthday party last night. It was a great success and made so much better by the Ace of Diamonds team. They were so friendly and engaging with everyone. All the guests complimented us on how much fun they had and would want to do it again. Would definitely use them again!

Brilliant! The whole process was smooth and professional from the initial enquiry, the individual tailoring of the casino to our company's needs, and through to the actual event, nothing was too much trouble for them. This was a terrific addition to our works Christmas Party.

I would not hesitate in recommending Ace of Diamonds Fun Casino! In fact, we are looking to make our casino night an annual event. The service from start to finish was fantastic! A great experience from Fun Casino for a 70th Birthday. Really easy set up. Croupiers were great at explaining the tables. Everyone got involved and that a very enjoyable evening. The OO7 props were great too and set the theme.

Really enjoyable evening. Well organised,helpful and friendly croupiers. Everyone present had a great time.

Ordered a package for a wedding. Their van broke down so instead of two tables we got one. No illuminated signs, no card fan decorations and no prize! Still took all the money off my Mum and are now lying saying there wasnt enough room for two tables. Apparently the van that broke down just had the card displays in it? Yeah right! I guess this is why they wanted cash on the night, never trust a company who wants cash. Disgusting company, i would recommened looking else where.

I have no idea what happened and I wasn’t there? It was my wedding! I got married…of course I was there! Seriously you get the Bride wrong too?

Liars. I have an email from you stating we had to pay the balance in cash on the night. You told us that’s how you work as the croupiers were paid directly.

You called the Wedding Venue after we told you space may be a concern. You told us it was fine because you have done Hall Place countless times. Again you say this in an email…

The client who booked, my Mum, the Mother of the Bride (that’s me…it was my wedding and I was there in the big dress) was not “thrilled”. She was completely overwhelmed with a wedding….we don’t even like magicians!

The guys who attended didn’t even know anything about the card displays and the prize. Why would you send a van with just a couple of displays and a bottle of booze anyway? This makes no sense.

The client (that’s my Mum again) didn’t thank anyone. You run off soon as you could without saying a word to anyone!

I have posted a truthful review, you are lying. If you want to resolve the matter you should be refunding the funds you took off my Mum for failure to deliver what was promised.

The Bride- I was definitely there!

Arrived as agreed and very personable croupier who really engaged with the guests to make the roulette a great attraction.

Pre -evening communications were not great, but other than that everything went well.

We hired the blackjack and roulette tables from Ace of Diamonds. The staff adapted well to minor delays/difficulties with our venue and were flawlessly friendly and professional throughout.
