I am very happy with my socks they are great help for my plantar fasciitis and work really well for irrigation and foot cramps as I get them a lot especially in night time.

Very poor service, faced series of issues
1. Initial delay in executing the ORDER #NEURO-300189374-ORDER
2. You are using a courier (EVRI), as per my understanding they don't provide any advance delivery notification to customer, to increase their profitability they aggregate deliveries for few days and then dump stuff at the building concierge in a single box, sometimes missed the article and claim false delivering without providing any proofs maybe this happened in my case but i cant be sure.
3. I reported this false delivery issue almost 1 week back to you but i dont see seriousness to share proactive efforts to speed up the delivery or retun my money.
4. Its very hard to reach and communicate efficiently since no one picked my online portal request and your support email with an extension (reamaze) which you are using to communicate didn’t reply my earlier emails until I could add the other email without reamaze etension.
4. Instead giving an instant feedback, your BOT keep asking me more questions. I immediate need your support to deliver the article or refund the money rather asking useless questions.

I ordered 3 pairs of the socks and had to click through multiple confirmation and different options as they tried to sell me more. The last of these appeared to offer a higher discount but was actually an extra order that didn't need confirmation. I contacted the company straight away when I saw the credit card bill was double what I expected. This was within hours but I got an email saying they already been shipped. They were not actually shipped for over a fortnight. When they arrived the second set of socks were the wrong size. I immediately started the returns process but was told, despite the company being uk registered, that I had to ship the socks to China at my own expense.ive done this recorded delivery but still now refund.

The ones I kept amd used were comfortable and I think helped but appear to have lost some elasticity after a few days of wear so are less effective now.

Not worth the hassle.

Both of my feet started hurting after I had a thai massage on holiday. My left foot has continued to ache from the arch to the heel. I ordered three pairs of compession socks and have been very impresssed with the improvement in my feet and the reduction in the pain over the past week.

Ordered two pairs of their compression socks having read a couple of reviews. They were delayed arriving and then found they were cheap Chinese manufactured socks which were definitely not “medical grade” as advertised. Ordered the smallest size (I’m a size 5 shoe) but there was no “compression” element to them at all they were cheap and baggy and useless to assist with foot problems. Emailed to return product and was offered 25% off the order and I could keep them (although they were of no use at all and not fit for purpose) or return them to China at my own expense. This company gives a London address and purports to be a British company but they are just a cheap Chinese manufacturing operation hiding behind the semblance of being a UK company. They do not offer a PayPal option which should have rung bells and the product write up is definitely too good to be true! Can’t believe some reviews are good so wonder whether they are fake like the products? Definitely a scam and hope other people with foot problems don’t get taken in!

Socks arrived as expected. They are working, no more waking up to pain. Very satisfied.😊

unfortunately I bought the wrong size socks (they are a lovely soft fabric). I received a quick reponse to my email with offer to replace at no extra cost. Fantastic customer service and reputable company. Highly recommend

The socks have helped my neuropathic foot pain enormously.
Could do with a longer product to help with pain in calf muscles after long walks.

comfortable to wear felt the socks would make a difference the socks were hand washed and flat dried ,the socks started to roll down on the sole of my foot which was very uncomfortable was hopeful that the socks would work but very disappointed know if this could be addressed i would try them again .

Do not buy from this company. I have not received these socks purchased some 2 weeks ago! They give same automated reply but it appears they have no intention to dispatch the items. Beware!

Combination of diet andthese socks have been nothing but life changing.
Little expensive but worth every penny£££

I was sceptical as to whether the functional socks would relieve my husbands discomfort, he has type 2 diabetes and always suffered with cold feet from poor circulation and has complained with very achy feet even to the point of such pain to touch them, so I read all the reviews about functional socks and thought I would buy them to try and see if he would have any relief. Well I can certainly say they really work, his feet are warm and less painful in fact no pain.They are absolutely wonderful.

These socks have made a huge difference for me, i had a lot of swelling and pain in a foot following a knee fracture and several weeks of non weight bearing. The foot pain began when I started weight bearing again. With the help of these socks I now have no swelling, no pain and have gradually resumed normal activities. Thank you.

The smallest size was too big for my 8.5 size feet!! they want a tracking number to return item which cost as much as the socks themselves!! Do NOT order Fake scam company - ad said they were made in canada - not!! made in china and also the exact sock is for sale 1/3 of the price on Temu. look for yourself

When socks arrived the packaging was like something you would receive from Temu, so I went on the Temu site and sure enough found the exact same socks for $12 and you get 6 pairs. Made an order and can't wait to compare them.

Minus 1. Avoid this company. These socks are absolutely rubbish.
The company is not uk based. They come from china where they are made.
If you complain and want to return then your return at your expense to china!
AVOID. A total waste of money

I have a foreign body under one of my toes. When I step down on my foot in the morning it tingles. It is uncomfortable to walk on. It must hit some nerves. I have relief from the tingling after wearing the functional sock. 🧦 I can walk with no tingling. I was amazed on how well it works in my situation.
On another note the service is great. I received my order in a timely manner. I live in Canada 🇨🇦

It’s a great product except I am afraid it might not last long it’s wearing out fast as threads are coming out and curling from toes and fingers I wear them whole day I can feel the difference

These really helped with circulation in my feet. They feel like normal socks but I can see my ankles now! I am no longer in constant pain from tendinitis and plantar fasciitis.

Thinking this company was British from advertisement of nurses and grandson not to mention a London address I ordered one pair during the payment process it offered 3 pair for £30 I choose that option when payment was finalised they took payment for both one pair at £20+ postage and £30 for 3. I emailed within minutes to cancel the single pair. Received reply it was too late, when you receive them we will guide you through return policy!!!
Today I have details to return to China with tracking number which would cost more than it’s worth. I thought it was a mistake when they took both payments but note not sure!
Although I’m annoyed at the return policy and costing me £53 for 4 pair of socks they offered 25% discount on the £20 pair. I’ve worn the socks for 4 days they are helping with warmth and circulation, my foot was numb, cold and pins and needles following nerve damage to my leg and Spinal Stenosis. At the moment the socks are helping, they say 14 days.
This is a Chinese company the return policy is a scam to make you avoid sending them back.
I’ve been asked by Trust Pilot to update my review on 25/11/2024.
I’ve worn the socks for over three weeks there is no change to my condition, I’m going to ask Functional Aid for a full refund as they state in their promotional video, I’m not convinced the nurse and and her grandson designed these socks for neuropathy. Consultant said the socks won’t stop the pain but might keep your feet warm.
