Save yourself the trouble and come Do Not order from this company. No response from the emails when I didn’t receive my order or any update on the tracking number. Did not respond from their contact us Info on their website. I got one response from their social media team that said “don’t worry about it.” And have not responded since. I’m just gonna file a claim with my card. This company is horrible and ridiculous.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever! The device started leaking after one use and it won’t maintain humidity. The mushroom pods just get moldy and don’t actually grow mushrooms. I’ve been trying to contact the company for months, but they never respond. I recently tried commenting on their Facebook and Instagram posts as a last attempt and I think they blocked me. What great customer service. Why are all mushroom companies scammers?!? First Shrooly and now this? It’s ridiculous.

Apparently their Customer Service has gone on vacation 🙄

Initially had written a great review on Fungismile - while I can't change that review listed below, consider this an update!!!
Been trying to get a response from them since Dec 12th - 2 months later - nothing.
After my 3rd moldy shroom and having to throw it away - NO RESPONSE FROM THEM, NO COMMUNICATION, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Ordered a mushroom growing kit and 2…

Ordered a mushroom growing kit and 2 extra mushroom starters on Nov 4, 2025; received only the kit on Nov 10, and an email stating that my order had been delivered in its entirety. It is now mid January, and after numerous emails to customer service, I've received ZERO response. I paid for $50 worth of merchandise that I have never received.

This “company” is garbage

This “company” is garbage. Do not waste your time or money with this! I ordered a grow box and kit to the tune of $179 three weeks before Christmas and it was never delivered. No response to emails. When I posted on Instagram they immediately responded to the comment and asked for an order number and said they would ship immediately. I don’t have high hopes and am probably going to have to dispute the charge -which was charged when I placed the order. DO NOT TRUST!!!

NEVER DELIVERED

Ordered Dec. 12 as a Christmas present the kit and extra pod. It was supposed to be delivered by Dec. 20. It shows a FedEx tracking label created. I have emailed customer service no response.

Dead pods. No customer service.

I ordered a machine and 2 pods. Neither pod bore fruiting bodies. I tried every means possible to contact Fungismile. I did get some occasional responses on Insta, but they were not consistent and they contradicted themselves.

It was a good idea, but I'm guessing the owners are just taking our money, eating happy mushrooms, and can't be bothered to do the right thing.

I can't get in touch with anyone

I can't get in touch with anyone. I have sent four form fills and no reply. One of my two units is not working. I won't be purchasing anything from them if they won't even reply to a paying customer.

No Customer Service

I was so excited to receive the kit and start growing lionsmane. The company is owned by Kubanychbek Baryktabasov he is not to be trusted. If you are lucky enough to get a working machine lucky you! Those of us that weren't as lucky you know the story. No customer service at all, no way of getting a replacement or refund. There is a contact from, you'll never get a call or an email response. I strongly advise you to buy from another company that stands behind their product.

Unit has manufacturing flaws

The Smart Box is easy to clean and set up. Instructions are not great with details. Evn AI got confused by what is on the web. It is difficult to remove all the plastic wrap from the shitake pod as instructd, because the pod tends to break apart. Because the box itself is plastic, mine was a bit warped when it arrived, so the door to the chamber would not seal completely, which made holding humidity difficult. I wrapped the unit with a strip of plant tape to keep the corners from gaping, and each time I open the door to replenish thee water tank, I make sure the top fits over little door hooks before resecuring the tape. The humidity still varies between 75-85% per cycle. The boot tim/power-up time counter reset to zero for no apparent reason, a known issue. Because the unit takes in outside air for circulation, if the temperature is warm, the unit will not be able to keep optimal temperature. During a heatwave, mine 28-29 degrees during the day. The recommended solutions are cumbersome - chilled bottles next to the unit to cool th intake. Bottom line - you have to plug it in in a cool place. None of the settings are adjustable, so it's difficult to determine what variety of mushrooms will grow best in the unit. Furthermore, different growth stages require slightly different tempratures and humidity, which the unit dosn't know and can't be adjusted. Automation has its limits. If you require more humidity, you can try spraying the pod as is done with the more traditional kits. If it's too warm, it's too warm. Good luck.

I am extremely disappointed with Fungismile


I am extremely disappointed with FungiSmile. I purchased one of their systems a little over a month ago, and the humidifier stopped working after only about 15 days. Since then, I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via email for help, but they have completely ignored my messages.

It’s frustrating to spend money on a product that doesn’t even last a few weeks, and then receive no support at all from the company. A system is only as good as the customer service that stands behind it, and in this case, both the product and the support are useless.

Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere — you deserve a company that values its customers and stands behind its products.

Defective and no response

The unit does not seal, the humidity does not get above 72%, the heater doesn’t work, and customer service is unresponsive.

Poor quality and horrible customer service

The machine is a lot of fun. Until it stops working 2 months in (meaning you got max 2 harvests) and the company does not respond to your emails. Terrible quality and horrible customer service. They promised me a 50%off coupon when I contacted them on Facebook. Not only did I never get the coupon, but they blocked me on Facebook! So save your money and purchase from a different company.
