I had an excellent experience with funstuff.ie using the Ground Commander 24V. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. The equipment performed exceptionally well, delivering strong, reliable power and exceeding expectations in both quality and performance.

I ordered a gift on December 1st that…
I ordered a gift on December 1st that they guaranteed would arrive before Christmas. Their cutoff date was December 15th, so I ordered well in advance. The item never arrived, leaving my daughter without her Christmas gift.
Very disappointing and unreliable. I would not order from this company again.

We’re really sorry that this order didn’t arrive in time for Christmas and for the disappointment this caused, especially as it was a gift for your daughter and you had ordered well in advance.
The parcel was handed to the courier promptly after your order. Unfortunately, it wasn’t scanned into their network for almost a week after collection, which led to delays that we weren’t made aware of until later. Once it appeared in the system, it was routed for manual sorting during the busiest time of the year, which further affected delivery timing.
As soon as it became clear that delivery before Christmas was unlikely, we stepped in to resolve the situation and offered a full refund rather than leave you waiting without clarity.
We truly regret the experience you had and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
