Very disappointing experience with Furnify Factory. I placed my order a long time ago and sent multiple reminder emails, but I still haven't received any response or update. There is no customer service or communication. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying from this company.

I have paid RS 1,650 for folding dining table on 5th April 2026. Afterwards written many mails furnify support team, but till date no response, neither received any article. The payment details show, paid to Primecraft designers.

I have ordered and made payment on 3rd May2026 but till today there is no information on delivery status.
Why can't we take action against such irresponsible companies. What is the way out to get refund? We should not allow such idiots to get money and keep quite on dispatches

I had bought Table from furnifyfactory.com from their website and paid Rs.1850 through UPI to primecraftinteriors-12243388.payu@indus. Inspite of repeated mails and remainders, the items were neither delivered nor replied to my enquiry or returned money. I raised cyber crime complaint in cybercrime.gov.in and intimated this fraudster. within 2 days I got my money back. who ever got cheated, can recover money in the same way

They are scammers and they did not revert . They do not sent you anything and took your money

It's a scam website. They are active on Instagram in short bursts. They delete the negative feedback and complaints from people who have paid for orders yet haven't gotten their products.

Absolute fraud! They scammed me. I payed 1650₹ and didnt recieve the product. Should have guessed the price was too good to be true.. but other please stay away from this site! Its a total scam. The site is taken down i think. I have reported them with Amazon customer support as well. Below is the address found on amazon

Bloody hell didn’t receive anything its been 2months they don’t respond to any calls msgs etc. idiots

They are group of frauds.I ordered one convertible table through website and made Rs 1650 payment. I could not find any updates or changes in the status.I sent a mail to their email IX. Some body called and told they are from Furnifyfactory and will refund the money. He instructed to login to icici bank app and asked me to go to cardless cash and input 20000.Then I realized they are trying to loot money and shouted to him. They are group of frauds.They are trying to loot money in multiple ways .They should be arrested

This is a fake company. Ordered foldable daining table. No tracking link and no customer support. It's fake company.

I had ordered folding dining table on 28th June. Made full payment. Order no 8092. Multiple reminders given. No contact at all. It's a fraud company. Plz beware.

I think The issue here is the late delivery only. I got my product late but the product is really awesome and I also connected with the customers who posted reviews here and they all have received their order. So it's the late delivery, they are genuine.

I have ordered a convertible table from them a week ago. Trying to contact them multiple times for the same through emails as that's the only way of contact they have provided. They haven't cared to respond. If there was an option for negative rating through stars provided I would have given my rating in mnus stars and that's the only reason they are getting 1 star from me. Searched for customer reviews on furnifyfactory on Google and 99% are facing the same issue ans rest have got their deliveries/refund after several months.
So it's definitely a scam.
