The first time they could not deliver…
The first time they could not deliver due to a driver sickness then the other company they use only deliver on certain days so we had no choice but too wait another week they did refund my delivery charge but service still not great

While we are pleased we were able to refund your delivery charge, we completely appreciate that this does not make up for the inconvenience caused. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.

Recommend this furniture company 🙂
I already knew this was a good company as I had previously bought a wide Edward Hopper chest of drawers a few years back so when I moved house recently I had space for a smaller chest of drawers so bought one which fits perfectly in a little cove 🙂 as before this furniture is delivered fully assembled so there is nothing for you to do apart from putting the handles on. Well made, yes it’s quite pricey but I think it’s worth it as there is no stress/hours of time involved as there is with flat pack!

Item received was low quality with two…
Item received was low quality with two areas of damage. I placed the order on behalf of someone else who, after much hassle getting it to them, accepted the damage. It should really of have been returned.

Corner Sideboard
I'm so pleased with the sideboard, it's great quality, I love the colour and it fits into the space perfectly.
Very easy to order, I was kept informed of delivery which was within a few days. It was delivered on time and the delivery person was very nice and efficient. All the packaging was taken away as I'd requested.

After Sales Service
I wanted to say how impressed I was by a member of their staff Ashleigh.
I bought a desk with drawers in 2020 from the company - it has been great. One of the handles snapped today - it was my own fault for overloading the drawer.
When I wrote to the company, I got a response the same day giving me a place where I could buy an identical handle and my order has just gone through.
I am grateful for this, particularly as I bought the desk with some inheritance money.

I bought a double bed it’s really well made and attractive. I paid £50 two lovely guys put the bed together and took the boxes away and they came in a Sunday g the whole process took 20 minutes they were professional and polite. I will definitely be buying more furniture from them. Excellent service thank you so much.
