We have purchased several items from this company and had first class service every time.

Beautiful peice of furniture, at a good price and delivered promptly by a very nice young couple.

We ordered 2 more chairs based on the first two we got (which were great) but they delivered to the wrong house and even the wrong street and told me that it had been accepted and signed for. This was not true and just left on a random doorstep! Was very angry!

, Not always keen doing online shopping but this was very easy to communicate, polite, and helpful. Hope to do more purchases in future.

I had been looking everywhere for a good quality open wardrobe. I happened to come across one on furniture UK which fitted the bill. I ordered one straight away, I got a confirmation email of my order. Then again after a week I received an email telling me it was out for delivery. On the day of delivery I received a call from the delivery guys informing me that they were 30mins away. On delivery the guys were super friendly and placed my package in my hallway.
Unfortunately when unwrapping the item, we found there was damage to the frame. I immediately contacted customer service, who were lovely, they asked me to provide pics of the damage, so that they could make their decision on what they could do. I was offered a 15% discount or I could have a full refund and the wardrobe would be collected. I decided to accept the discount and within a couple of days I received the refund. I also received a repair key and touch up paint. All in all a very good service from furniture UK I would definitely purchase from them again.

Lovely wine rack and so well-packaged that it took ages to undo!!

Item ordered and paid for 2 weeks ago. Still not delivered. Yet asking for a review!
Following the reply below I will add the full correct details.

The order was cancelled by the company NOT by me. This was after I had received an email confirming the order. They then took full payment. I received no notification that the order has been cancelled.

They are only refunding me now - prompted by this review.

The cabinet was ordered for Christmas which has now passed.

I'm afraid if this is the level of customer service by the company, I wonder what the quality of the product would be like??

A really nice piece of furniture at a good price. Fast delivery considering it was so close to Christmas. Arrived within the time slot allocated and brought in by two very pleasant men.

Beautiful bed, different from everything else out there and great quality. The delivery and customer service were faultless.

The sofas are a beautiful colour and very comfortable but the seat and back cushions crease terribly and because they are not reversible they have to be changed around very frequently.

I added the Gold delivery service which was worth every penny, my furniture was unpacked with care and taken to my room of choice, whilst being respectful of my property, thank you lads I really appreciated this!
The Romance collection in white is just stunning, the quality of the furniture is excellent and I am so happy I chose the crystal handles. I love it so much I have added to the collection and placed another order today!
