Updated information about delivery dates and time of arrival of items. The table and chairs are very sturdy and very easy to assemble.very clear instructions to follow. Would recommend this company.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the failed delivery yesterday.
Unfortunately, our delivery team experienced multiple delays on the road, which meant they were unable to complete all scheduled deliveries. Updates were sent to affected customers throughout the day, though we sincerely apologise if these were not received.
We have since reached out to you to offer a new delivery date before Christmas, including complimentary assembly, which we hope is suitable.

Furniture is good for the price
Furniture is good for the price. It’s not amazing but then it wasn’t that expensive so is what it is. Delivery wasn’t the best though. It was left on my door step in the rain. I was in so got it in sharpish. Cardboard and rain aren’t the best combo.

Very pleased with my purchase and the company
I was very impressed by the choice of beds on the website and how easy it was to choose and order. The delivery costs and assembly of my new bed were very very reasonable and the delivery drivers who assembled the bed were very proficient. I received my bed in less than a week from ordering and I was kept well informed of the delivery process.
The bed is lovely, perfect for my bedroom, and it looks exactly like its picture on the website.
All in all a great purchase which I would recommend

Lovely chest of drawers
I ordered a beautiful chest of drawers and I am delighted with it. It arrived on time and well packaged. Unfortunately one of the drawer handles was broken and I emailed the company and they delivered a new handle within a couple of days. I was very impressed with the service I received.

Nice furniture- rubbish customer service.
Really disappointed in the customer service shown by furniture.co.uk. The bedside tables I ordered are lovely however they arrived without the handles or fixtures. I had to contact the company three times before anyone sent them out to me.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you love the bedside tables, but we’re truly sorry for the frustration caused by the missing handles and fixtures — and especially for the delay in getting them to you.
When you called, we advised that the handles had been posted, but these had been lost in the post. We immediately dispatched a replacement set and upgraded these for Saturday delivery, so these would be delivered to you the following day.
