Ordered a bar, customer service was very helpful with delivery questions and updating with delivery status. Instructions didn't come with the bar but they were able to get them sent to me quickly. Great experience.

I ordered a sectional. The brand was Ashley. The name of the couch was Lindyn but what I received from furniture cart was a knock off. I waited over a month for my couch to be delivered. It was delivered today. I unwrapped it and you can obviously tell by the quality that is not made by Ashley. I have purchased Ashley furniture before and they come with tags that say Ashley on them but the one I received today has a tag that says millennium. I wasted over $1500 on a knock off that is poorly made. Thank you. Furniture cart for the great experience.

I got the item in good condition and I love it

Great communication, anytime I called. They answered. Explained the delivery process well. The product came in without any damage and exactly what we ordered. I was worried a little as I saw some bad reviews. However, all worked out and even Wayfair has bad reviews. I decided to use Furniture Cart as they saved me for the same item over $400.00 compared to Wayfair

I can't say anything about the furniture at this point because it hasn't been delivered. It said on their website 2-4 weeks for delivery and it's going on 7. I've emailed them and they said it was at the warehouse last week and I would get an email for delivery. Still nothing. If there is a delay I would think they would keep you informed, but so far I haven't received anything since I ordered in early February.
We received our furniture on 4/2. The guys that delivered it did a great job. Furniture is really nice. I wouldn’t have written the original review if they had updated me on the delay. Hopefully they will do that in the future.

Everything went perfect from the purchase to the delivery. I had white glove service and the men were polite and assembled my bedroom very quickly. I was apprehensive about making such a large purchase on line with a company I had never heard of but, Furniture Cart proved to be professional and reliable. Great Job!!!

Ordering was easy. I way able to call customer service and actually talk to someone who answered my questions. Furniture was delivered promptly and in great condition.

Furniture Cart purchase was great and delivery was awesome. The only problem that I had was I did not receive confirmation of my order for almost a month. I checked the site and my order number wasn't listed and the couch never came out of our account. On the day I was going to call to find out what happened to my order the confirmation came through month later! So I was in a bind and had to transfer the funds to pay for the couch when I realized it never came out and ended up using it for something else.

Driver and helper unpacked, allowed me to inspect, and cleaned everything up. Couldn't have been more happy with the service.

I would like to start by saying that I absolutely LOVE my new bed!
The delivery time was about 2 weeks longer than anticipated, but good things are worth waiting for.
When it arrived, it was wrapped very well and was damage free.
Communication was great between Furniture cart and the delivery team.
A great experience and wonderful quality, if you do not mind waiting.
