I ordered a sectional that was supposed to take 5 weeks to make. After the 5 weeks, I got a call from them saying the couch was at their warehouse, and it would be shipped in the next few days. A day later, I got a call saying they had the couch, but it was not the color I ordered. I was given the option of accepting the couch in the color I didn’t order, or wait another 4 weeks to get the correct color. I chose to wait and asked for some kind of reimbursement for the issue. The best they could do is waive the $95 shipping fee. I told the customer service guy that was nothing compared to what I spent on the couch. He “talked” to his higher ups and was told the same thing. When I asked to speak to his manager or a higher up about the situation, the agent told me that he asked them and they told him that “They were too busy to talk to a customer”. There is a big issue when a company won’t talk and try to help their customers out. Do not buy from this company.

Bought a leather chair from Furniture Cart online including free shipping, paid with a credit card. 7 days later I received an email to contact them by phone. 3 days later I was able o talk to them, (Jacob), and was told that I lived far away from the warehouse and would I help with shipping by paying an additional $75. When I said no, I had already paid them in full, I was told they would cancel the order.

Delivered on time. Very attractively built and just what I needed! Was anxious about committing that big a purchase to online but it all worked out well.

Very smooth once we made the order. Good communication. Furniture made my wife very happy. We would definitely use them again.

The furniture I ordered took a lot longer than expected to arrive. It was supposed to be here within 3 weeks but ended up taking almost 6. The constant lack of updates was frustrating, and I felt left in the dark about my order.

My experience with Furniture Mart was A+. However, the delivery company left a lot to be desired. I waited til 9:30 pm, only to be told they would not be there until 7:30 am the following day. When they did arrive, they were professional. But upon leaving, they emptied all of the packing material , from the previous day it appeared, and filled 3 dumpsters, plus on ground, of my condo complex. Nobody here was happy!

I was a bit leery of buying a dresser online, but I couldn’t find a match to my existing furniture in a local store. The process couldn’t have been easier. It took a couple weeks for my order to be ready to ship. The shipping company kept me apprised every step of the way and arranged a convenient delivery time. It arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely make another purchase if the need arises.

This was our first time ordering from Furniture Cart. Our online shopping experience was easy and we got the couch, recliner PLUS the protection plan at a better price than we could locally. We did have to wait a couple of months to receive our shipment, but luckily we weren’t in a hurry because our barndo apartment was still under construction. We did run into one issue, the SHIPPING CO does NOT communicate well! My husband took off of work plus drove an hour to the delivery location the day of the scheduled delivery date. An hour before they were to arrive, I got an automated message saying our delivery would arrive 2 days later!!!!! This was a huge inconvenience to both of us! You can only imagine the phone call to tell my husband they weren’t coming today, uggg! I HAVE TO SAY “Jeff”, a supervisor at Furniture Cart really stepped up. He knew how frustrated I was when I called to let him know how disappointed we were at the shipping company. He immediately started trying to figure out what went wrong, called me a few times updating me plus for the inconvenience upgraded our delivery to threshold instead of curbside. We still had to wait 2 more days, miss work again and drive an hour, but Jeff made it worth it. His kindness and empathy for our situation really meant a lot to us. I give Jeff 5 stars for his outstanding customer service. Thank you again Jeff! We recommend Furniture Cart and would order from this company again.

I ordered a couch from Furniture Cart that I could not find anywhere locally and I needed to get it delivered to room of choice because I could not carry it up the stairs myself. I was worried ordering online and because the ultimate delivery service AM Delivery did not have good reviews, but it all worked out great in the end! it took about 8 weeks from the time of ordering for the couch to arrive. But the delivery was good, the couch was in great shape, and it was exactly what I wanted. I also liked that customer service was US based and easy to reach a real person during opening hours.

Nice place with a lot of choices and very professional staff

Everything was seamless from the start to finish. Had some questions before ordering and they answered or I was redirected to where I could have more information to help make sure I was ordering the color that I wanted.

The bedroom set is really nice and well made. Very sturdy and as attractive as you hope for when purchasing online having not seen it in person. I love it and know it will last many years. It was well packaged and delivered on time with absolutely no flaws. Minimal assembly with easy to follow instructions. I shopped hard and found the same set for more money in several sites, but furniture cart was by far the better deal, and more than $1000 less than similar or lessor quality bedroom sets we looked at our local chain furniture stores. I would not hesitate to purchase from furniture cart again and will recommend them to anyone buying furniture. Thank you.

I love the choices of furniture, and found exactly what I was looking for! I bought a bar and back bar first, then came back a year later and bought the matching counter height table. Ordering was easy, customer service helped me a lot with understanding "white glove" delivery and bundling chairs I was purchasing. Communication was professional and very helpful. The furniture came wrapped so expertly there was absolutely no damage. I will order again!

I don’t recommend buying from this company because the delivery process is awful and no one will own up to the responsibility of why my items were ordered nov 24th and I still don’t have it December 31st. The shipper has a ghost scheduling department, no one that can say when I will receive my order. No response when inquiring
