Furniturefactory Avis

We had a fantastic experience at Furniture Factory Coolock today. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome.

A special thank you to Philomena, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all our questions, helped us choose the right furniture without any pressure, and made the entire experience so easy and stress-free.

We are delighted with our purchase and truly appreciate the excellent customer service we received. It’s rare to come across someone as friendly and dedicated as Philomena.

We highly recommend Furniture Factory Coolock to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding customer service. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

The bed we got is amazing and my son is delighted and also the staff that delivered were so kind and professional! Really happy with all! Great company to work with!

We purchased our sofa today ,to say their service was excellent is in understatement. The owner was so approachable, efficient and friendly that we were speechless .The price was really affordable and the delivery was promised within two days .
Definitely will visit soon to get our beds and other furnitures for sure

These days a good service is hard to find. We visited this place after viewing sofas on their website. We were met with a friendly lady downstairs and then a lovely man (Niks) upstairs. We asked many questions and he answered all very professionally. We decided on a sofa and we asked how soon could he deliver it. When he heard our location he said Tuesday would that suit you? Then the dreaded question do you take away our old sofa? Yes for a charge and there was an assembly and delivery charge on top but they keep it at a competitive price. Delivered Tuesday evening and was absolutely thrilled with our purchase. I feel if we purchased it in a well known store we'd have paid double the price. It's the comfiest sofa I've owned. It looks and feels of great quality. The choices were really good of all the different sofas. A great experience from beginning to end. Would highly recommend this store.
