Recently had my new Cinema seating sofa delivered. For me the delivery experience is as important as the product and Zam and Saj exceeded expectations by keeping me informed on when the would arrive, unbound, fitted everything and fully tested which showed me how it worked. Nice, polite and happy to chat.

Excellent hassle free delivery. Delivery team were very helpful and the delivery drivers were excellent. Zam and Saj kept us up to date with delivery and set up the sofa without any issue. Excellent service.

Ian and Shanee were great delivery and set up guys. Cheery and professional. The sofa is lovely and as expected. My only advisory comment would be with regards to the customer service information on access. Because we already have another of their products, I checked with the customer service team that this sofa would go through. But it was a struggle because the build was not as described by the representative. All in all, I would use this company again.

Very professional and immaculate service from Ian and Shani. They were fantastic and took care of whole process with ease. The whole delivery and installation process started and finished within 20minutes. They let me know about their arrival an hour before.

Sofa shop were very professional and easy to talk to.
