Surprisingly very good taste, plastic bottle
I ordered every taste you have, and its surprisingly very good especially peach ice tea and mango, those are the best. On the other side are an apple and a strawberry lemonade, I dont know if its just me, but i really have to search for that flavours which is a little disappointed. I was little disappointed with a bottle as well. I really thought its made of glass, but its fully plastic.

De smaken zijn fantastisch
De smaken zijn fantastisch. Het is super handig om mee te nemen. Het is een helpende manier om vocht binnen te krijgen. Je zit niet meer blikjes die je weer in moet leveren. Ik ben meer dan tevreden.

Absolute scammy practices, missing delivery because "the address has been changed" (wth?) then proceeds to misdirect me for weeks over email when asking for a new shipment then simply disappear.
Asked for a refund trought the bank, stay away and watch out.

We're sorry to hear about your experience.
Unfortunately, both the original shipment and the replacement were returned by Poste Italiane with the status that delivery could not be completed because the recipient had moved. Since the same issue occurred twice, we were unable to successfully deliver the order.
As soon as it became clear that the replacement would not be delivered either, we issued a full refund. There was no need to pursue a bank dispute as the refund had already been processed.
We understand how frustrating this situation is, but it was ultimately caused by the carrier's inability to complete the delivery rather than an unwillingness on our part to resolve the issue.

Never received the shipment
Never received the shipment, nor my money back. My emails were left unanswered. Scam.
Update (04.08.26): Received response about new shipment via email and currently awaiting it. Once the shipment arrived I will adjust the review accordingly.

We're very sorry that your order has still not reached you. We completely understand how frustrating that is.
As soon as it became clear that the original shipment would not be delivered, we sent a replacement using a different carrier to give it the best chance of arriving without further issues. We also replied to your emails throughout the process, so we're sorry to hear that you felt left unanswered.
We hope the replacement reaches you shortly. If it doesn't, we'll of course make sure the matter is resolved.

Top customer service!
I still didn’t try the products(have to come home from work) but I need to testimony that it’s a legit company, that CARES about customers: I had a problem, after 3 working days my package was marked as delivered because of an error of the Italian shipping company (that probably just stole or have lost the package). I’ve emailed the company about my problem and they ACTUALLY helped me, they understood the situation, gave me a refound of 10% and have send me a new package that came IN ITALY in something like 3 working days.
I’m absolutely grateful for the customer service, usually another company would just have dumped me, but that person helped me.
About the Price I can tell that it’s very convenient if you confront them with the price of a normal energy drink from the store.
Exited to come home and try all the flavors they’ve sent me with the basic set with 6 tastes and a flaskan!
