Fusion Gas and Electric⚡️ Avis 

Dean had installed our EV charger. He started the work promptly, we had requested customised installtion where the installtion require the paving stones to be lifted at the entrance and near the driveway in order for the tidy look. He has done a fantastic job and I am quite impressed with his work. The weather was very bad and he worked he whole day while raining and he was very keen to finish the job with high quality. A fantastic engineer, I am impressed with his work. I would highly recommend him.

Really pleased with my recent Ohme EV charger installation. Kris was polite, professional, and worked efficiently from start to finish. The installation was completed quickly, everything was clearly explained, and the workmanship was excellent. A smooth and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended.

The installer was so polite and friendly, did a great job and was flexible and accommodating about when the main power would be turned off. I wish all companies worked like this!

Kevin has excellent knowledge in EV charger installations and in general electricals. He did an excellent job, everything tidied up before leaving. His experience and skills in technology and building construction enables him to think out of the box when it comes to complex situations where most of the UK properties are age old not built for EV expansions. Kevin did an excellent job at my property is an understatement. He also explained how the Ohme app works and helped me setting up quickly.

Kevin did an excellent job for us, quick but thorough and ensured everything was working before he left. He also went above and beyond in alerting us to some wider issues with our electricity board that we should raise with UK Power Networks for safety reasons and gave us the number to call - which was then quickly acted upon. So glad he alerted us to this. A very professional job, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

My property had a few teething issues initially, but that did not deter Kevin from resolving the problems and finding a way. As other reviews stated, he rang ahead of time, the evening before, to give his ETA. He also ensured I understood the process from start to finish.

Once it was all up and running, 'Kevin The Installer' ensured that I was confident with the EV charger before he left too. He also cleaned up as he went along.

On top of all of that, I am someone who gets anxiety with people I do not know entering my home (Like so many do). With Kevin, I did not feel like an alien in my own space! So he can have a gold star for that also.

Fusion were called out to sort out a non-working EV charger. Kevin, the engineer, was great. He reached out to me on the morning of the service to confirm when he would come. He quickly spotted an unrelated issue with the wiring in the initial installation (which was not done by Fusion, so it's not their responsibility). He resolved this without needing to. He then went through every element of the charger, diagnosed that it was a faulty unit, and replaced it on the spot. His work was quick, efficient, tidy and he explained everything he was going to do. 5 Star service, and would gladly recommend Kevin and Fusioin.

Kevin installed a OHME charger and was absolutely amazing. He went the extra mile to navigate dwarf walls and other obstacles under the property and returned the area back to how it looked before! Considering how much work was done, you would not have known! Amazing work and would recommend to everyone!!

Kevin phoned the day before to confirm arrival time. He ran through the process clearly and I was very happy with the speed with which the charger was installed.
He ran through the workings of the charger and OHME app before he left which extremely clear good for us.
