I had a fantastic experience with Future Health Biobank. From start to finish, everything was well-organised and handled with great professionalism.
The customer service team were friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable — they guided me through each step of the process and made sure I felt fully informed.
The phlebotomist arrived on time with the kit, was very professional, and handled the sample collection efficiently and with great care. After collecting the sample, they ensured it was safely packaged and handed over for collection later in the day, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The kit arrangement, delivery, and collection were just excellent — everything arrived promptly, clearly labelled, and well-prepared.
Overall, I’m very impressed with Future Health Biobank’s service and professionalism. They made what could have been a complex process incredibly easy and reassuring. Highly recommended!

Wonderful customer service throughout. I used Future Health Biobank to do a dietary screening test for my son and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The process was simple, quick, and incredibly informative. I appreciated how knowledgeable the team were and the communication. The results were easy to understand and delivered quickly. I would highly recommend this company.
I was initially concerned about the process interfering with the birth of our daughter and thought it would be an extra thing to worry about. However, Katie and the team, from the initial consultation through to the phlebotomists on the day, were incredibly reassuring and made the entire process so easy. I’ve already recommended Future Health to a friend and would encourage anyone with doubts to speak to them—they’ll walk you through everything clearly. I also appreciated that there was no pressure, even with an offer available, which helped me make an informed decision.

For the second time they fail to collect material and even though they didn't do they job properly, they keep almost the same monthly instalment. Very bad experience, unprofessional, irresponsible, I would recommend not to use them.

I signed up for the program and canceled the same day. I then inquired about my refund and was told that the nutritionist consult of $396.00 was not refundable even though in their refund policy says if you cancel within 72 hours it is refundable.

We spoke with a couple of providers yet the team at future health were a joy. Transparent and down to earth.
They addressed all our questions and even put me in touch with a medical professional about a historic family concern.
We really feared the collection would impose on our special day, yet the process and instructions made the entire thing seamless. Wonderful experience and our precious little ones cells safely banked with a company I entirely trust in such an important manner.

Initial sales communication was very good and they make it seem that despite the Phlebotemist being from an external company, the end to end process is extremely streamlined and easy with lots of support along the way.
Unfortunately this was not our experience. This process only seems to work with straightforward long natural births or an organised c-section. On the day of the birth we rang the Phlebotemist on the way to the hospital at 9am who said they would be in the area. 3 hours later we then had to have an emergency c section. I rang the Phlebotemist again who did not pick up with 7 missed calls and multiple texts. She eventually arrived 2 hours after the birth (5 hours after the initial call) saying she had a family emergency. She could not obtain adequate stem cells for storage. When I complained to future biobank they quickly backtracked and described the siloed nature
between the company and Phlebotemist and distanced themselves from the errors on the day. The Phlebotemist also told biobank she was stuck in traffic and which contradicted what she said to us on having a family emergency. I do not feel like they were being truthful one way or another.
Given this was a huge life event which affects my son’s future that needed to go smoothly, Future biobank did not compensate at all other than returning the initial deposit and given their sales pitch encompasses the Phlebotemist, it seems unethical after the event that they take no responsibility on the lack of organisation on the day.
Hugely disappointing is not the word as even now 4 months later I worry that there is no stem cell storage for my son.

We used Future Health for the stem cells collection of our baby and the procedure was a complete failure.
The communication is on a good level and we were informed very well it could be unsuccessful, but not having clear answer what has gone wrong made me doubt about their experience and professionalism.
Receiving generic reports doesn’t help at all. Choosing a stem cells collection service is an important lifetime decision and the job was not done. I wouldn’t recommend them and probably will not use them in future.

Very poor customer service that has put my travel plans in peril. Future Health did not return my PCR test to travel, 48 hours after I took my test. When I contacted them via email (there is no phone service on weekends) they said they cannot guarantee results will arrive before a flight.
I took my test Thursday for a flight Sunday, so hardly last minute on my part.
Absolute garbage and I would not trust them to butter toast. Please do not spend your money with this company for any reason.
