Easy and efficient company
My first subscription order I cancelled in second month as did not agree with me. This was easy to do without question or pressure and so I reordered but for a different supplement. Easy and efficient company to deal with.

Couldn’t cancel and order almost immediately after buying in error! Avoid
Updated review, thank you to the Cambridge team for contacting and resolving the issue. Appreciated. I have adjusted my rating accordingly
Tried to cancel an mis order less than 10 minutes after making the order only to be told it was being packed and I would have to pay to return, appalling, so much for distance selling rules and I’m returning just because I lack confidence in customer service which will reflect through to product for me.

We have looked into this and our Agent only got to your email the next day by which time the order had shipped unfortunately, this is why we state in the automatic response when you raise a query with us to call us if the issue is urgent. There is only a short window of time to cancel orders as our logistics team are very efficient nd we run multiple order sweeps throughout the day from early morning onward.
We certainly do not want you to have this negative first experience with us so we have refunded the charge to you, please feel free to use the NAD+ Advanced as you see fit.

This product works!
I love the product, Cool Joints, as it really works for my osteo arthritis in my knees and I’m sure us helping my hip too with its special ingredients of boswellia serrata etc.
