Speedy, responsive and thorough
Ben from FXCorp is extremely responsive and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. He always explains everything clearly and is very thorough in his processes and in relaying information. I haven't really had to deal with anyone else at FX Corp but my experience with Ben has been excellent.

Proactive and Professional
My account manager, Dean, is incredibly proactive in his services. Once I share my requirements and expectations with him, he promptly contacts me whenever the target is met. The transfer process to the receipt account is also efficient, typically taking only a couple of days for international transfers. I highly recommend the services provided by FX Corp.

New Client
As a relatively new client of FX Corp (but not to foreign exchange), I have been more than impressed with my FX Specialist Daniel. He makes himself aware of my upcoming FX needs and watches the market to try an obtain the best rate he can for me. Any issues that arise, he goes above and beyond to sort them out. Should he be away from the office, he makes sure one of his colleagues is on call to help. I know my FX needs are being taken care of, one less thing I have to worry about.
