My consultant Leah Ennis was exceptionally helpful and very competent. I am an older person, not very confident with tech/IT and she assisted me in a most supportive way to get set up with SEND and to facilitate the payment for my accommodation in France.

Ollie was amazing from start to finish - did a few test runs prior to the big one for the sale of our home. Must say nervous as getting our funds for home sale over $1million transferred straight to our account through Send/Ollie, but no amazing all went through to plan and Ollie called next morning as worried payment might have been delayed, but no delay had received notification from bank in NZ that funds had gone through - would not hesitate to recommend them, absolute stars. Also able to contact them at all times and they answer their phones - huge plus for me - no going to a call centre situation

I highly recommend Send Payments. They have excellent customer service. Their workers have strong interpersonal skills and integrity in their interactions. They understand that patrons may be anxious when transferring large sums of money overseas. They take their time to explain the process and answer any questions. They are easily accessible. If they are on the line when you ring, they ring back within 5 minutes. I moved overseas and all of the relocation companies I spoke with used Send Payments. Each time I use this service, I feel re-assured my transfer will arrive safely.

After being totally and utterly mucked around by Wise I found my way to Send for the same transfer and to say the difference was amazingly positive would be an understatement re my recent money transfer overseas. Wise were time-wastingly incompetent and discourteous and unprofessional, whilst Send were courteous, efficient and professional. There was a stark difference between providers and what they offer and I'd recommend Send every time now on (and Wise never).
