I am using TorFx to receive my private pension payments from the UK. The transfer process is very straightforward to manage on the TorFx website. My online account manager is very approachable and has responded quickly and efficiently to any query I've had, including sorting out issues with my pension company misdirecting funds. I have no hesitation in recommending TorFx to anyone.

I was very impressed by their service.
It was a bit nervbreaking using a new company, as I have in the past used Xe. My experience is that TorFx offers a better exchange rate and much better personalised service than any other company. Highly recommend them

Awesome comms and super quick transaction time, plus you can actually call and someone talks to you. The only negative but constructive feedback is the website needs some reinventing as it is not clear when navigating.

Great mix of good easy tech, personal service when needed (thanks Joel) as well as very competitive rates.

I was very impressed with the quality, clarity and promptness of communications with my dedicated client adviser. It's a stressful process transferring funds internationally so its very important to be kept promptly informed with evidence of receipt of sender funds, transfer of funds and receipt of funds by the recipient.
I was kept informed of these important steps. The only thing i had to request was a copy of the transfer receipt confirming transfer of the funds to the nominated recipient. I would recommend this be standard procedure as it gives objective reassurance to the sender that funds have been transferred.

Complete amateurs and time wasters. I've been waiting for six months for this transaction to reach closing and now that it has, (we're only days away) they call me and tell me they can't send money directly to the seller or the notary. They can only send my money to MYSELF. YTF would I need that ? I needed to send the money to the buyers and they have let me down. Complete amateurs. Do not trust these people with your money. 30April 2026 : TorFx apparently found "Compliance Issues" with sending US dollars from Australia into a USD denominated bank account. They won't tell me what regulations this transfer violated. They just kept parroting, "compliance" like I was trying to send Remnimbies to the Commies or buying Oil with Roubles. They tried to treat me like a fool and tell me it was because of the type of land. I have been developing properties in the area since 2006 and this is the first I've heard that rubbish. If you don't want to do the job, just tell me upfront and truthfully instead of waiting 6 months.

Really good service. I'm pleased to have gone with TorFX for my needs. It was great to have personal service available via their Account Managers, especially in an age of moving almost everything to web-based self-service portals. Will be using them again and would happily recommend the service to others.
