Good communication and advice. Joel my personal banking assistant helped me go through each stage with patience and ease. It was easy to use and transfer money with great transfer rates high above any high street banks.

I did an on-line search and TorFX came out as the best. Not just for competitive rates. They also get a Canstar tick for security, which is the most important part of the transaction.
What caught me by surprise was the quality customer service. They speak to you. They keep you in the loop re progress of the transfer. Edward was excellent, even when i stuffed up my contributions. Nice work. Mission accomplished.

This was my first experience doing something like this and I was quite nervous about it. Daisy was a great help. With a lot of scams out there I was very sceptical, Daisy was patient and understanding, answering a myriad of questions. First time transferring money getting better rates than my bank.
I am 82, not very confident and messed it up first time but the account manager was very patient with me and talked me through it.
