My experience with Torfx was great. I had Yohan who was very patient with me throughout the process. He followed up regularly and was always friendly and understanding when we speak. I did my first transfer with Torfx and it was easy and straightforward to navigate and a very fast turnaround transfer from my New Zealand account to AU account.

Really great team
Shifting two (for me) quite hefty amounts of money from the UK to Australia was made as easy as such a manoeuvre can be. Between them, James, Yohun and Joel were calm and professional, reassuring my jitters and finding the best exchange rates I could have hoped for. (Jitters because I found it a slightly unnerving experience to have my funds figuratively floating around in the ether, but that's just me.) However, everything was handled brilliantly. Thank you all.

Unable to fault them with their professional approach too exchange!
I have used TorFX for 2 quite large transactions from UK Stirling to AU dollars, always easy to contact, answer any questions, best of all is the ease of the transfer as they are UK based but have offices in Australia too.
The exchange rate given was better than l could actually find anywhere else online, the manager who l delt with was always polite and knowledgeable.
I also encouraged my 2 sons to use this firm and they both had good experiences. Cannot fault them, and lm not easy to please!

Sterling Performance
Throughout the process, Daniel Cristensen, guided and assisted me in transferring funds from my bank, which was doing all in its power to prevent me from making foreign currency transactions through any other bank. Ultimately and left with no other choice my bank transferred the funds to TORFX 's account in the UK on December 24, 2025. Christmas eve! With utmost professionalism.speed and precision TORFX got the funds into my Australian account on the same day !!!
The exchange rate was worth it all.

Worth trusting indeed
For my personal reasons, I was put in the urgent situation, but all the people who served me helped out till the end, if they couldn't do what I needed them to do, I would have been in a terrible situation before the Christmas break, and I cannot thank them enough.

Pretty good exchange rates with 0 transfer fees, the only thing I didn’t like much is the concept of booking date and payment date, where the payment date can be 3-4 days after booking. This means even if you make an OSKO payment the same day , the transfer will only happen on the payment date.

Good and reliable transfer of funds overseas
I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which the transfer took effect. It took just 1 day for the transfer to take place. It is a very good, reliable and useful service for foreign currency transfer.
