I honestly can’t recommend Fylde Clinic enough! 💗

I’ve used several GPhC-registered pharmacies for my GLP-1 medication, but Fylde Clinic are the only one who took the time to actually ring me after my first prescription request to go through my details, asked for proof of my previous prescription from another pharmacy and checked how long it had been since I last had a prescription for the medication, and went through everything to make sure the medication was suitable for me, That extra level of care and reassurance really stood out to me.

They’re also the cheapest pharmacy I’ve found for my GLP-1 medication, which is genuinely so beneficial to me as this is the only medication I’ve found so far that has made such a positive difference to both my PCOS symptoms and my Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension, and has helped me have a much better quality of life.

Having to pay privately for medication that makes such a huge difference to your day to day life can honestly feel pretty rubbish, so finding a pharmacy that keeps their prices reasonable makes such a huge difference.

What I also really appreciate about Fylde Clinic is that they don’t make it feel like it’s all about the money. They seem to genuinely care about their patients and making sure the medication is appropriate and safe for them. They ask for an updated photo every time you request your medication, and the whole process through the website is incredibly simple, with updated emails when your prescription is approved, dispatched and delivered.

Another little thing I really like about Fylde Clinic is that they send 6 needles with your medication rather than just 4. This might sound like such a small thing, but it’s actually really helpful. I’ve had needles arrive damaged or bent from other pharmacies before, and when you only have 4 needles for 4 doses, you’re then left trying to make do because you don’t have a spare one. Fylde Clinic always send 6 needles, so you have a couple of extras if something goes wrong. You do pay £0.99 for the needles, but personally I’d much rather pay £134 for the medication plus £0.99 for 6 needles, than paying £179.99 or more elsewhere for the same dose of medication with just 4 needles.

I also really appreciate that Fylde Clinic don’t constantly push you towards increasing your dose. With other pharmacies, I’ve had messages throughout consultations saying things like “we recommend you increase your dose as it’s more effective”, which obviously means paying even more. With Fylde Clinic, the consultation feels much more neutral, you can simply request the medication and dose you actually want without feeling pressured to increase. You can even choose a different form of GLP-1 medication if that’s you feel that’s appropriate for you. It’s another little thing that makes me feel like they’re more patient focused rather than simply trying to increase the amount of money they get from your prescription. 🩷

The whole process through the website is so quick and easy, and I love that they ask for an updated photo every time you request your next prescription as It feels like they’re genuinely keeping an eye on your progress rather than just automatically sending medication out.

They’ve also recently added a reminder for when it’s time to order your next dose, which is such a useful little addition especially when you have a busy life and so much else to remember!

Overall I am really impressed with Fylde Clinic and the level of care they provide. 🩷

I recently had an issue with an order where some of the needles were missing/damaged. I contacted the company and was genuinely impressed with how quickly they dealt with it.

Within 24 hours, they had sent out a replacement package. The customer service was excellent throughout — friendly, responsive and, most importantly, they actually sorted the problem without any hassle.

It’s easy to judge a company when something goes wrong, but for me, it’s how they deal with the problem that matters. In this case, they did exactly that.

Very, very happy with the customer service and the way the issue was resolved. I’d have no hesitation using them again. 👍

The questions were a bit lengthy but I can understand that given that it was medication.
My order arrived really quickly (within a few days). It was a relief not having to wait weeks to see my GP and the cost was relatively cheap. Would definitely order again.

Poor and Misleading

Ordered wegovy tablets as wished to change supplier.

Declined as I have blood pressure meds despite blood pressure being one of the conditions accepted for weight loss RX.

Misleading advertising snd perhaps this should have been made v clear that you dont accept patients with high blood pressure
