Fylde Clinic Avis

Always a good experience from ordering medication to delivery and always very prompt next day delivery comes very well packaged and always a regular delivery driver

ltem was well packaged and arrived on the day specified.Thank you.

Good shopping experience and prices. Let down by the delivery company.

Ordered for the first time from Fylde Clinic. E45 cream was considerably cheaper than anywhere else and delivered within 48 hours. Very happy with the service. Will always be my go to pharmacy from now on.

I’m always a bit sceptical about buying from a new company but my experience with Fylde was very positive. Prices were competitive, communication good & items were delivered the following day. Excellent service thank you.

Would have scored 5 but was told I could not pick up from chemist had to come through post which had me staying in fir a while

Good choice of products and competitive pricing. Unfortunately, the delivery lets it down. I placed my order on Thursday early afternoon and opted for one day delivery with Amazon, as I needed the product fast. On Saturday at the end of the day I contacted the retailer with a request to update me on my order, as it has not arrived. I received a reply on Monday the following week with apologies and reassurance that my package will be delivered within 24 hours. It was delivered on Tuesday late afternoon. Not exactly a one day delivery, which should not be offered if it can’t be fulfilled. I am pleased, however, with the customer service. I may shop with this retailer in the future with adjusted expectation of delivery timing.

Really impressed with customer service when my dose was out of stock. They were able to re-direct to alternative address 200 miles away as would not be returning to home address without issue. Reassuring.

Great service from Fylde Clinic, my items arrived quickly, well packaged too. A lovely note inside saying thanks for shopping with them. A personal service, very happy. Thank you Fylde

The service is 2nd to none.
I was even phoned up to doublecheck something that I’d put on my first initial application.
From my prescription being completed to delivery was within 24 hours just amazing service.

Very efficient service!

Great service , fast delivery and a sensible price, thanks

My order was dealt with expeditiously and subsequent delivery received in good time. Competitively priced and excellent service. I will certainly reuse Fylde Clinic in the future without hesitation.

It is easy to place an order on fyldr Clinic website. Staffs are very kind. Delivery service was very fast and package was really nice.

Next day delivery. Excellent service.

I made an error on my order. They were excellent in sorting it out. Cannot thank them enough especially Jacob!

Saw what I wanted, the price was good, the delivery charge was reasonable, I ordered and it arrived when stated. What more do you need?

Great price on product and postage. Very quick delivery and various options for delivery

Had a mix up with my delivery, Flyde Clinic came back to me promptly and resolved the issue. Definitely I would recommend, they take lots of care and are a good company.
