My experience was great! The purchase, custom build, shipping, and arrival took less than a month. Communication was prompt and they answered any questions I had which was nice. The ring is even more beautiful in person and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you FYM. I will definitely be referring to anyone else looking to buy jewelry for a loved one.

The ring was TINY
The ring was TINY. I paid a lot for white gold and there is hardly any weight to this ring. The moss agate was so small and dark, I could hardly see any details in the stone. When they shipped it, It was wrapped in a bubble wrap envelope. The "deluxe" ring box I upgrade to was crushed and the ring was loose in the envelope. This is a horrible experience. Over 800 for a tiny ring of no substance and crappy packaging.

The ring is beautiful in what I expected. Communication was pretty horrible with this website. Got a notification from FedEx that it was being delivered before the website told me it was even done being made.

Don’t buy from them.
I would suggest not buying from this company. I placed and order and had a question and tried to call and the phone just rang to voicemail and no one ever returned any calls. The ring came and we liked the ring. After a month one of the rocks fell out of the ring. They say the have a year warranty. I have tried emailing and they don’t return my emails. Save your money and buy from a reputable company. These people are like scammers.
