I ordered my next batch of pills but I wrongly included a subscription charge, which I did not want, the very patient and lovely Clara sorted out my mistake and resolved my issue while trying very nicely to get me to continue with the subscription and I had to disappoint her by declining. All in a very nice way to do business as I will continue to get repeat orders

The supplements duly arrived and have proved beneficial . However I did not realise ordering them automatically established a monthly subscription! I queried this and wished to cancel. The first message was somewhat sharp and direct and indicated the cost of immediate cancellation. Clara the helpfully clarified that I needed to pay for a second month and then cancel. Before managing to respond due to a holiday i was informed a further shipment was on its way with my account debited. I contacted Clara who was helpful in advising I could now cancel without charge. I agreed to cancel and wished Clara to confirm the continuing subscription had been cancelled. This she did immediately so I was grateful for her advice and action.

Terrible service, I had high hopes for these tablets so set up a subscription but after the 2nd delivery I had to admit to myself they were not working, no difference whatsoever. You cannot cancel your subscription option online only by emailing, I had done this 6 times and never got any help only emails back telling me payment had not been made-I had to cancel through my bank-seems to be an utter scam of a company-steer clear,

I bought these for my 80 year old brother who had just started with bladder problems. He has been taking them for the last three months and is very pleased with them. He has got his life back to being able to go out for a meal with his family and not spend half the night in the loo. Also going out for the day doesn’t cause the problems it used to. They are delivered every month and I am very impressed with the customer service. Definitely pleased I found the product and the Company. Hope this review helps others who have bladder problems.

There's something strange
There's something strange about this company. I ordered one if their supplements through an advert on Facebook.
When I received a tracking number, I was surprised to find the product was coming from abroad, and not only that, some of the text on the tracking page was in Chinese.
I can't find any details at all of where the stuff was sent from so I'm thinking the product is counterfeit and concerned that it isn't safe. How do we know the ingredients are safe? I've emailed the company but had no response so far. I regret purchasing the stuff!
EDIT: the company have replied. Apparently they're based in Hong Kong and will send items based on stock they hold in different countries. I feel they could be more transparent
A good product worth trying.
Unfortunately due to a medical problem I have the supplement did not work the way I wanted but have a friend who also bought at the same time and it worked well for him. The service was good as was the communication with the company.
If you use the get 40% off offer on the purchase page be aware that your creating a commitment to purchase the product twice or you will have to pay the 40% discount back. This is not made clear as it states you can cancel at anytime but only deep in there terms and conditions and takes some finding.
Overall I would say give the product a try with the caveats I have said.
