Richard undertook a home report of our property in early January 2025. He was polite, courteous and very professional. He was also on hand to discuss the findings of the draft report, which was helpful and appreciated. We got the report promptly enabling us to start marketing the property at the earliest opportunity. Graham + Sibbald recently supported the 13th Allerton Scout Group with the develop of a Schedule of Condition Report for their Scout hut HQ building. Harry and Connor who led the assessment were both excellent. They were extremely generous with sharing their expertise and offered practical advice in an easy to understand and pragmatic manner. The report was comprehensive, of a very high quality and produced quickly after the site visit. I would highly recommend their service to others.

I recently used Graham and Sibbald for the home report on my flat. Despite requesting the report at relatively short notice they were able to accomodate me on my preferred date. The final report was available the following day which allowed me to get my property onto the market quickly. I dealt with Karen and Theo who were courteous, helpful and very professional. Overall the service was excellent.
